Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFirst off that b**** that works morning shift at the front desk with the blonde hair needs to have her attitude checked. (Sorry for my language) I have never in my life been treated like that as soon as I open my door for a worker. She was extremely rude and had the worst attitude ever. After I even tried being polite and letting her know we had a late check-out at 12 (check-out is usually 11) she raised her voice at me and said that they never do late check-outs even though it was her boss that okayed it. That woman needs to be fired before she runs off all your guest with her hatefulness. Lastly our room we stayed in the shower head sprayed the ceiling so much it causes mold on it.
So we loved staying here. The older lady that works overnight at the front desk and the older gentleman that works second shift at the front desk was fantastic. They are the reason we keep coming back. Keep up the great work y'all!

United StatesThe bed was really uncomfortable and the breakfast was wrong. You had to feel out a piece of paper to put in your order each day so the second day we didn't get breakfast. The one day we got breakfast one of the 3 things we got was right.

United StatesI didn't like that when I booked I was not told about an extra $100 deposit the manager waived the fee for me but there was also an escort/woman of the streets working out of the lobby. she asked my husband if he was her client from Texas. when the manager called me he called from his personal phone not the hotel phone which was unprofessional. the bathroom lighting was terrible and the toilet leaked

Then get to the property & am told $100 deposit upfront (mind you I’ve already paid) nowhere did it mention a deposit at checkout, then I get in the room light switch by door wouldn’t work. Then go to use the spa tub & when I turned the tub on a bunch of trash covered the tub & only part of the jets work
