The kitchen was disappointing. No amenities at all and the fridge opened the wrong way. The carpet was sticky and dirty.

Night staff when I checked in had quite limited English (very heavy accent with which I was unfamiliar) and was very slow processing my registration, which I assume was mostly done via booking.com

There was a lot of litter and cigarette buts around the facility that kind of bothered me.

The staff had good customer service and were friendly. I liked that it had a clean laundry facility, and that my room had a cute kitchenette which was perfect for my stay. It was an overall good experience.

Interior countertop was coming apart, catching on my clothes and breaking off. Someone smeared caulk all over front of counter like thats a fix. Floor was soaking wet near ac/heater when it was on, like 6' around unit. So maintenance is the issue

The heating and air-conditioning didn’t work in the room. There is no workout facility. The breakfast is more than basic. It’s poor tasting coffee and prepackaged muffins. Don’t think you’re getting an actual breakfast.

I didn’t like how the morning of check out, at around 9:30am, my boyfriend and i were showering, getting ready to leave and maintenance just walked in our room without warning talking about he needed to clean the air conditioning vent. They could’ve either called beforehand, or even waited since we were already scheduled to check out. i was still in the shower when my boyfriend realized. smh I won’t be staying here again for that specific reason. It gave me the creeps.

It was quiet. I loved that about the property.

The facilities were very noisy because of the heavy traffic roads nearby and the inside noise (bathroom vent, fridge and heater). The kitchen was not fully equipped, there was no kettle and we had to get each item from the front desk. The bathroom was not very clean and the fixtures were old. Two plugs, and one lamp were not working. We could not open the window to air the room. The linens were limited, we had to ask for an extra blanket. The room key had to be replaced every day. Breakfast options were very limited and consisted of cheap coffee, oatmeal packs, and cereal bars and by 9 AM Everything was pretty much gone.

some basic amenities were not available i.e., soap, shampoo, etc. had kitchenette but nothing available to even make a cup of coffee. and there was vending machine which at times was not working, and have not seen any staff member beside checking and check out time, may be because it was holidays date, still had to be someone at least or some way of contact to some one.

Well, says breakfast was included but never was told where. Info. And 2nd,? Next door room peoples was having loud sex and hitting wall. I couldn't sleep at all.

I was skeptical about the noise from the freeway just outside the door. Turns out it wasn’t an issue. I had no problem sleeping. Other tenants were quiet as well. Some people complain about the breakfast. Keep in mind, you didn’t choose this place for an elegant eatery. Sure it’s minimal but there’s restaurants and junk food nearby.

Bed has no box spring , semi comfortable. Derilic cars in the parking lot. Maid/housekeeper did not speak English.
