Definitely dated and not the cleanest, a spill was on the floor in the main walk way for several days before it got cleaned. Carpets felt like you should have shoes on in the room and the door to the pool room was broken. Staff was polite when you approached but definitely not welcoming. Luggage trollies were quite dirty and falling apart, could use some bolts tightened and cleaned. Breakfast was okay nothing great nothing bad.

A few little things could have been repaired, Bathroom door didn't quite close right. Price was jacked up for concert.

There were spiders in and around the pool. Several dead in the pool and others crawling around the pool deck. Not ideal in any circumstance but especially with my young daughter who was really excited about swimming.

The WiFi wouldn't work

I booked my room off of booking.com and the price online said $89 and when I arrived at the property I was charged $99 plus tax.

I didn't like how room service came ten minutes before check out just to remind us of the time to check out. That could have been handled with a telephone call. Speaking of which, apparently the in-room phone did not work which is I guess why they physically came and knocked on our door to ask us if we knew when check-out was. They could have called one of our cell phones that were on file. Also for the price of the room, I thought it was lacking in amenities with no coffee maker and the fact that the Jacuzzi wasn't able to get that hot.

I loved how there was a Jacuzzi in the room and how it was right next to the bed. I appreciated the timer for the Jacuzzi. Since one can get a bit cozy in the Jacuzzi so having a timer to auto shut off the jets is brilliant. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I also was thankful with how clean the room was.

Upon arrival to the room not only was the room different than what we views and selected online. When the desk was called and I requested more towels the attendant seemed very off put that I would request more and said if I needed them to come get them only to be met with the same disgruntled behavior. The pool being one of our favorite parts of the stay unfortunately was also not adequately stocked with towels, so I counted the different guests that were utilizing the facility and went to the counter to ask for towels. I asked for 6 towels and was questioned on why I needed them who they were for before being given three towels instead so some of the guests had to walk through the hotel soaking wet and cold.

Not only was the room cleanliness was phenomenal, the breakfast alone could bring us back to dry again it was very bell stacked and hot! The gym area while small was great as well. The pool area was very clean and well maintained each use along our stay.

The craftsmanship of how everything was built seemed diy (especially in the bathroom) just not built w quality. The key card didn’t work and I took it to the desk and he just asked what room and rekeyed it. He didn’t even verify my name, I could have said any room (safety concern) another family in our group - her door wouldn’t even lock so they switched.

The elevator needs some preventive maintenance done on it. The door sounded like it was about to fall off every time it opened or closed.

The staff was very accommodating to our group of 30 people. They allowed our group to use the dining area after it was closed to play board games.

The lobby bathroom was dirty and wet from guests using the pool. My husband and daughter thought the property was a little run down. Some of the Baymont letters on the front of the building were not lit up.

The elevator door was very loud and scary! The room was fairly clean. Breakfast was good. I would have liked more protein options other than peanut butter, yogurt, and eggs.

Not enough pillows on the bed and blankets were not the best. Breakfast was fair at best. The biscuits were hard as a rock. Not the best breakfast at all.
