Staff not saying or offering to provide blankets for sofá bed. When I got to room that I opened the sofá bed it's has no linens. I called the front desk and person el tells me I have to ask for it and go get it.

The bedroom smelled 🤮 The room spelt so bad! Every time you came into the room it just smelt so bad! The air wasn't the best, could definitely use an upgrade! The tv and channels were way out dated.

It was good. Food wasn't the best but only had one lady working it and definitely the most people I've ever seen eating breakfast so she was nonstop the entire time. The blankets and beds were amazing. Probably the best I've slept away from home. I literally wanted to take it home with me. The lighting in the BATHROOM was awesome. Not so much the room itself. They accommodated my change to the reservation fairly easy and fast so definitely got points for that. Not really friendly employees except the one lady that checked us in (who clearly had a small cold/allergies acting up no biggy) and the lady that handled breakfast. The guys never once said anything to none of us just carried a conversation between the 2 of them. Overall a good time.

Room had an extremely musty odor and we had to use fragrance spray to try to cover it every time we entered. No ice or vending machines on each floor. They 2 were in separate areas, only on the first floor. Machines were broken - Juice machine in the breakfast area and the washing machine for guests. It was nice that a note explained about the juice machine and one on the clothes washer said it was broken.

Good location for us. Parking was good & free. Nice TV. Check-in and Check-out were easy.

There was mold visible through the caulking in the tub. It’s very common but it was unsightly.

We found this Comfort Inn & Suites surprisingly spacious. We brought a pack and play for our 20 month old and had no trouble with space in the double queen room. The beds were very comfortable and the staff member upon our 1am check in was very helpful and friendly. It’s also in a great location.

I was placed in room 221- the door to the room was not working properly, once I was able to enter the room it was stuffy and smelled bad. I tried to in the air conditioning on and it did not work . The bathroom door lock did not work either . I reported this to the front desk manager and was moved to room 222 . The door worked the room smelled better and the air conditioner worked some . I did not want to move again as it had been a long day . A co worker and I were there for work . The bathroom door did not stay closed. The next morning the drain in the shower would not allow the water to flow . Then I looked at the shower head and felt disgusted. The staff was very pleasant.

The young man that checked me in at the front desk was very poliet .

Loud dogs barking . The establishment will accuse you of smoking . Watch your every move on the camera . Will personal open the door while you are in the room . I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN

Although I repeatedly told staff not to come in my room to clean and I always hung up my do not disturb sign on the door. Occupants were constantly allowed in my room when I was at work. Once because they cleaned the room which I stated I did not want them to enter. Also they took my food and drink away. When I complained to the staff person I was only met with an “I’m sorry, there’s a good restaurant next door you can eat there.” Then the next day when I returned from work the floors were soaking wet with cleaner because they had let people in my room to clean carpets. A note hung on the wall informing people to be kind to the cleaners and let them do their job. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. I did not feel safe there and had zero privacy. I’m still going through my things to see if anything other than good and drink was taken from me. The worst hotel experience that I have ever had and staff made no attempts to remedy the wrongdoing on their part.

Well first of all the first night that we checked in we pulled out the sofa bed and the mattress had the 2 most disgusting spots I ever seen literally. I called down to have it replaced with a new mattress and she said they didn’t have another one to replace it but they could move us to another room. So about midnight we packed up all of our stuff and moved to another room. By the time we got everything moved we were exhausted and I went into take a shower , turned on the sink and water just started flooding everywhere. There was no pipe attached underneath the sink. it’s now about 2am and I really want to check out and go to another hotel bc I can’t not un see that nasty ass mattress cause when has the last time someone used that sofa bed. Anyways I waited until the next morning when I went down to breakfast to let them know about the sink. I asked if they could notify maintenance again her response was I can just go ahead and move you to another room. So now we haven’t been here but 12 hours and we’re being moved to a third room. The only two things that kept me from packing our things back in the car and going to another hotel was bc I knew I had booked thru booking. com and there was a process to getting a refund and bc the desk clerk was really quick offering to move us to another room. So we hurry over to eat breakfast bc we’re there with 5 other families that are part of our AAU Travel basketball team and we have out first game at 12 but now we have to move out things to the third room. As if it couldn’t get any worse we just decided to grab cereal the quickest thing we could eat and go move our stuff and we sit down to eat and the cartons of milk are date May 28th. I go ask the kitchen attendant if they have any more bc it was outdated by at least 5 days, she politely shook her head no and walked back into the kitchen area. By now I’m pissed. We just go back to our room and start moving our stuff.
