United StatesThis was my first time staying in a hotel with a broken toilet When we checked in, the toilet didn’t fill with water. We called reception, and a technician came to fix it, but it broke again the next morning. Not very convenient, even for one night.

CanadaThe site is OK. The room was so..so. The bathroom door had been repaired with white plaster but not repainted. Desk light was damaged. Some of the room walls would need repainting. The beds were confortable. Be aware of the security deposit. If you pay with a credit card, they charge you $100.00. This amount is charged and not put on hold like most of the hotels or motels. This means that like me, since it takes a 4-5 days to get the refund, if you get your credit card bill before the credit is issued, well you have to pay the $100.00 security charge and wait fir your next credit card bill you see the credit applied. This fir me is a big NO..NO..

CanadaI didn't like the bed, very uncomfortable for me but probably fine for someone younger. Also the decor was very drab.
The entrance was really nice and I could see the potential if someone was willing to invest a little time and money to the decor but I was only staying one night so it was ok. The bathroom was great and the size was fantastic.

United StatesThey would not give additional linen to accommodate the amount of people staying. When asked the manager stated "well peoplebring there own" I had to buy my own. Additionally, there were roaches running about in the rooms and hallway. They also required a refundable deposit that should have been returned upon check out and they never refunded my deposit.

United StatesI did not like the first room we were given. It was absolutely horrid. The toilet seat was broken. The room smelled disgusting. There were no bedspreads on the beds. The door to the adjacent room (that was not ours) had a very flimsy broken lock, that made me feel very unsafe. The whole first floor, which is where the first room was located, was loud and smelly, making me very uncomfortable just walking through the hallways. *The very kind lady at the front desk exchanged that room thankfully and gave us a room on the second floor.* Which appeared to be much better than the first floor. There was not a lot of noise and no unsavory characters roaming the halls, as on the first floor. But once settled into the second room, I started to notice some things. Although this room was not quite as bad. There was a large cockroach floating in the toilet upon first glance. There was some traces of feces splattered on the wall around the toilet. The air conditioning/heating unit in the room was broken. It worked, but not very well. (And the face of the unit was torn or smashed apart.) Overall it was not a very nice place to stay. *I will say that the only good part of this stay was the very friendly staff and for that much I am appreciative.*
The staff was very accommodating, especially the lady at the front desk. The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting. She quickly gave us a new room (no upgrade though), and apologized for the inconvenience. Aside from that interaction, every staff member I had encountered was friendly and pleasant.

United StatesFor a two person stay we were given 2 small towels 1 wash cloth and1 bathmat no hand towels we had to beg for extra towels. The woman at the front desk constantly acted annoyed. When I went to enter my room on the second night the card didn't work. I took it to the front desk, and she reprogramed it. It didn't work the second time she reprogramed it and it didn't work again. The third time she walked with me to the room and when it didn't work for me, she jiggled it around and got it to work and then looked at me like I was stupid.

As soon as we walked in the door had to walk so far just to get to the counter to ask him for a new room and that one smelled just as bad. We will never stay there again. We will never recommend it. And the attitude was oh. It's legal here. It doesn't matter. I don't smoke it. I don't like it. It shouldn't stink.
