Clean, but needs some minor repairs to walls, (patched but needs paint) cutains need repairs. Have to request kitchen utensils. Pool area should have more umbrellas for shade.

The person at the desk during checkout was dealing with some frustrated guests and was both rather rude to them and extremely slow.

The property maintenance was unfortunately majorly lacking. The room itself appeared clean, but whatever the floors were washed with left a sticky residue. We noticed pet food in behind the tv stand/cabinet, so those are not being pulled out to clean. The tap on our bathroom sink was not attached so we had to be very careful turning it on and off or it would fly off. We had a kitchen but the cupboards were empty and we had to ask for items that they did not have readily available, it took them some time but they were able to put together a few items of cookware and plates for us. We had no housekeeping offered during our week stay and frequently had to visit the front desk for clean towels, and request basic care items that the room did not come stocked with like soaps, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Often there were no staff at the front desk. We emptied our own room garbages and brought them outside into the hallways. The pool was dirty, the water was quite murky and brown, we unfortunately didn’t go in it once which was a bummer for being in Palm Springs. The back door from the pool area back into the hotel was broken and we couldn’t always get in that way, a staff member told us there was an attempted break in a few weeks prior and that is why it was damaged. Multiple times our rooms keys would stop working and we had to go get new ones. The continental breakfast was a small side table with some coffee, packaged muffins, and granola bars.

Good location, about a 10 minute walk to Palm Springs downtown strip. Price was reasonable for stagecoach timing. This hotel has a lot of potential if the maintenance and upkeep standards were better.

All floors seemed they were flooded. Big industrial fans so loud throughout the hallways were very loud and made it very difficult to sleep. Room we stayed in had holes in walls drywall ripped out and furniture had tears paint was chipping too

NO ICE MACHINES! Empty ice trays in freezer not helpful when you first arrive in 85 degree weather and want an icy beverage. The carpet was damp. Yuck Was needing help with my TV. When I called the front desk, it just rang and rang. Hung up and called again. Rang and rang with no answer. Got descent and went to front desk, no one there. (11pm ish). Back to room and called in a few minutes to be told there was no one on property to help me.

Rooms need some maintenance… some rooms are better than others so you never know how good or how bad the room you are going to get is going to be. The shower has a tub that isn’t level so it’s very hard to balance yourself while standing in it. Some staff members are more professional than others - it would do this property good to do some re-training with all personnel to remind everyone how to treat guests. All the fans in all the bathrooms need to be cleaned… looks like no one has cleaned the vents in many years!

Please do something about the shower it’s like a water hose the police use at demonstrations, so hard. And it keeps leaking also when you turn it off.

No pots or pans plates cutlery in the rooms even though they have a kitchen no kettle coffee maker, I arrived late to check in 11.30Pm and hotel was locked no one answered the phone, after going back to the car to get warm, I went back and knocked on the door and after 15 minutes a cleaner opened the door and checked me in both rooms as my friends flight was delayed

The reservation was done with a clear commitment that it comes with breakfast. There was not even a coffee maker in the room and one had to ask for it to receive it in bag!

Needed some repairs and updating to the room. Shower curtain rod barely attached to one side of the wall. Wall corner casing loose. Curtain fabric had holes in it, needed new material. Phone kept vibrating, had to unplug it. Wall unit very noisy

First the elevator is not working, second is the door card access is so hard to use, you have to try it multiple times before it opens the door, so many customers complaining and changing key cards. Also, bed is very wobbly and unsteady and bathroom sink is clogged.

Location is great, very close to downtown where all the restaurants and bars are plus very near to the hospital as well. The outside was fully renovated and the room AC is working and gets really cold.

the elevator was broken so I was removed from my ADA room, I was given a regular room on the ground floor as my ADA room was on the second floor with only other available on the third floor. the Air in the room was broken so for the first two days it was 85 degrees in the room with outside temps reaching 112 degrees and with no other options to move because of the broken elevator and no fan was offered by the hotel, I had to purchase fans on my own to alleviate the agony of 85 degree temps in the room.
