Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A bit outdated but nice area Rooms had a weird smell not bad but just odd. The pillows were worn so new ones possibly a bit bigger would be good. Beds were fine
Good location, parking is easily accessible but fills quickly, breakfast room is big, waiting area is nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice and clean and good size.

This hotel was recommended by Pullman Hospital, partly on the basis that they offer a discount for people undergoing surgery at the hospital. When I called and asked about a medically-discounted room, they said they were full. When I went to booking.com, they had a room. They are conveniently close, but I feel like they mislead the hospital on the discount.

The furniture in the room was pretty banged up and doors on cabinets squeaked loudly when opened. The TV didn't work- wasn't hooked up to anything? The night staff tried to chase us out of the hot tub before the posted 11pm time.

1st day key card wasn't working, but the staff was willing to help anytime we needed room door open. By the next morning, we got the key card.
It was ok, breakfast was good too. The staff was very friendly.

Would have liked a comfortable chair in the room instead of a huge granite table. Some previous resident’s toothpaste spatters still on sink and a few crumbs in the sheets! Not as clean as I expect.
Front desk agents I dealt with were very nice. Bed (mattress)was really comfortable. Room was quite large.

Carpet needed vacuumed. Found dry cereal bits on carpet and in one of the complimentary paper cups. I'm 77 years old. Hauling several pieces of luggage up to 2nd floor was a challenge. No elevator available. If I stay again, I'll remember to request ground floor.
Breakfast had variety of options.

Spa was broken, no towels, wifi was disconnected in the middle of the night which killed our white noise and was still dead the next morning was frustrating to not be able to check emails and itinerary information 1st thing.
Staff was very kind but they were over worked and understaffed even a great front desk person can only do so much when rooms aren't getting cleaned, there are no towels in the pool area and things are falling apart because they are overwhelmed. Bed was very comfortable, location was good.

it was close in, reasonably clean, odd room with hot tub in the center? weird
There are no hooks to hang damp towels anywhere. The remote tv has no access to the guide page. We laboriously scrolled thru a million commercials. Do you guys ever look at your systems?

The room was clean and comfortable. Walls need touch up paint. Furniture is chipped. Overall impression is that hotel is run down.
Breakfast was consistently great. Staff were constantly checking food area to ensure cleanliness and sufficient supplies. Room has large refrigerator. Location is in transition area between university and new commercial development so it felt a bit rough, not dangerous but not attractive. Most guests were Spanish speaking workers who were friendly. Most days I was the only woman guest we saw. All staff were friendly and responsive to any small request we might make.
