Very nice location, easy parking, simple but nice designed rooms, luxurious jacuzzi and sauna and great athmosphere with fire and open bar, enjoyed my stay a lot. Lot of nice nature around, great basecamp location indeed.

It felt a little sketchy with other hotel guests in their cars (2 different ones) running their engines for an hour plus like they were waiting for something or someone. Also the bathroom and carpeting were pretty trashed. It felt like a Motel 6 or some other cheaper option for the money we spent.

If the hotel is full, parking is difficult. The parking lot is tight.

The property is super cute. It’s an updated motel but done very well. The staff was excellent, location is amazing and the common areas were nice. I would stay there again.

NO COFFEE ‼️ I asked front desk for coffee for room and was told that they didn’t have any 😳 When I pay over a hundred dollars for a room, I expect to have coffee in my room

There is no in-room fridge and microwave, but there is a microwave in the bar area and coolers/ice provided so this wasn’t an inconvenience for me. Some better breakfast and healthier snack options could be nice - currently just things like oatmeal packets and granola bars available for purchase.

This place has upscale motel vibes with fun amenities like a bouldering wall, lounge with games and ping-pong, fire pits and s’more’s, sauna and hot tub, and on-site bar. I appreciated the outdoorsy decor and pour-over in-room coffee provided. There is a burger shack right next door, and the location is centrally walkable to the university campus, Pearl St and 28th St shops. Very friendly and helpful staff too!

Very friendly helpful staff offset the number of mechanical problems that beset our room. The front door, when locked, could still be wiggled in and out a bit, which was a bit disconcerting. Our e-keys stopped working twice during our stay, and the whole door locking system was removed and reset into the door for our keys to work again both times. The shower was not tightly plumbed and could not be turned completely off. The toilet was not solidly anchored to the floor, and clanked back and forth when we sat on it. We loved the basecamp vibe, but would still like a mini-fridge and microwave, which we missed (a little bit), and did not think they would detract from your unique hotel concept. Loved the pingpong table!! But all the balls were cracked and the paddles are really beat up. Still, YAY! A pingpong table!!

We greatly appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were. This was our first time staying here and we are rooting you on as you continue to tweak the place to make it better. We definitely felt the great efforts made, from the helpful staff to the great hotel concept. We loved the basecamp vibe, and the public spaces were lovely, and YAY! A pingpong table!! We also appreciated the reasonable pricing.

Relaxed atmosphere in a really nice neighborhood. Loved the hot tub and the gym, which has two Pelaton bikes and a weight rack. Great music playing on the double deck with beer and wine available. Friendly, helpful staff.

Fabulous guest reception and hospitality. Location was prime- walking distance to Pearl Street mall. Also close to Boulder Creek trail for walks/ runs. Gorgeous. Great that they had a sauna and jacuzzi, laundry room too! Great to have a game room, ping pong, firepit (was soo nice at night). Easy parking. Comfy room.
