The location was a little weird to find from GPS—it’s right next to a small shopping center and grocery store, which confused the maps app. Not under the control of the hotel, of course, but maybe an additional sign or two could help direct people unfamiliar with the area.

The TV was on when we entered the room which was odd. There was a piece of food in the drain of the sink located in the room. There was also a long hair on the shower wall prior to using the shower.

Onsite amenities, exercise room/pool either under renovation or closed. Area overrun by homeless, unfortunately. Not the fault of the hotel, but people need to be aware of the surroundings. The TV only tilted up and down, didn't pivot to alter viewing optimization from different points in the room. Somehow haven't been issued any rewards points for 3 different stays during this holiday season.

After a 13 hour drive, arriving at nearly 7pm, it felt like midnight and I was spent. I was greeted very pleasantly by a young man (Curtis ?)who made me feel welcome and cared for. Easy check-in/check-out process. Accommodating room, as I had visitors during my 5 day stay. Never needed housekeeping, but interactions with all staff was always positive. Shopping and dining within walking distance.

Sad to say but the beakfast here is pretty awful. The instant coffee machine make terrible coffee, the only juices are individual peel off lid drinks, everything is presented for easy cleanup and disposal by the staff and not for the enjoyment of their guests. Paper plates, flimsy prepackaged forks, spoons and knives. Limited choices and no fresh fruit. Just not representative of the good quality of all other aspects of the hotel itself. Great stay if you skip the breakfast!

Super helpful, kind and friendly staff here! The entire hotel, including the room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very disappointing but if you can skip that, then I highly recommend this property!

When I sneezed I grabbed a tissue and realized it was the ONLY one in the box. Must have been overlooked.

On this trip of 2,600 miles, I stayed a total of ten nights in Comfort Inn & Suites! They were all great, consistent, yet individual. I spoke to some of the General Managers and found them to have great philosophies and reflect that of the Company. Refreshing.

The door lock kept failing: had to go back to desk get new keys made. The desk's key and the cleaning crew's key always worked. They finally gave me 2-3 keys at a time and I could usually get one of them to work. The toilet seat was VERY loose. Had that happen at home, two screws needed tightening. Didn't have a screwdriver with me.

general attractiveness of design and decor, plus the overall quality of materials and furnishings, was much higher than anticipated . Staff was friendly and competent. We would definitely book a room here for any return trips to the area.

Breakfast was very inadequate. No cereal, no milk, very little bread for toast. Only fruit was apples; eggs, sausage and potatoes were marginal. Coffee tasted like colored water. Very disappointed.
