    Nothing.

Outstanding clean, well laid out property with first class service from the check in staff to the serving staff in the restaurant and the guys by the pool bringing free bottles of chilled water. There are two pools - one for the casita guests and one for the hotel guests. We stayed in a casita which was extremely comfortable.

It wasn't possible to easily make tea but boiling water in a kettle in the room. There was a coffee machine that could make tea with pods but non convenient.

Breakfast was great. It would be nice to have simpler items like fruits and oatmeal for those who want something light.

One small sink for a suite, immensely SMALL refrigerator, hole in the bathroom ceiling where the fan needs repair, as it does not work. The restaurant Josie Wyatt, we went there for dinner, really unappealing and tasteless. I had the short rib, very large and very tender, but no flavor, very surprising. Caesar salad was suffocated under way too much ground nuts, etc., couldn't see the romaine. We were here a couple of years ago, and the food was much better.

Hotel in a great location, nice view of mountains. Very clean and quiet, with large deck/patio. Service here is wonderful, including the restaurant.

There was no microwave and the coffee pot drawer was awkwardly located~~You had to bend down to access it and no counter area to stir your coffee.

We do alot of traveling, and this hotel was probably one of the nicest for the price point we have ever stayed at. It is fairly new so the furnishings were very modern and high end.

This place is gorgeous! Very pleasing to the eyes. Had everything you would want, one of the best hotels we've been to. Breakfast was amazing! We paid a little extra to include breakfast and we were so glad we did. Took a while to get served sometimes but well worth it if you have the time. We WILL be back.

The hotel was a great fit for traveling as a couple with a large dog. The room was spacious, which is a little less common in Moab. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The location made it easy to walk downtown to grab a bite to eat after spending the day out hiking the trails.
