United StatesThe bathroom floor could have used a better cleaning. There was gunk around the edges. Also there were only 2 bath towels in a room that slept 6.
Everything was clean and new. Man at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The 2 room setup with full kitchen was convenient. It was also adjacent to a restaurant that seemed nice.

United StatesI was looking forward to the XL suite that consists: 1 king room with 2 queen room with living quarters and pull out couch w/ kitchenette and Two full bath. But this location is a bit smaller. Maybe that plays a factor. Otherwise I can’t complain, it’s hard to fit a family of 11 anywhere these days. Ohh and the breakfast was nice but we don’t eat pork and the omelettes looked so good but we couldn’t eat it due to the ham. It was a little disappointing.
Being such a large family it’s nice to have a spacious hotel away from home when traveling.

United StatesThe price of one room for one night seemed a little too high for the suburban area outside of Schenectady, NY. Also, the shower head stream was in need of either a cleaning or more water pressure, or both as some of the water streams were not flowing out in a straight line.
The staff (Shawana I think her name was) when I checked in to the hotel was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The free breakfast was good, the room was great, the wifi was of adequate speed to stream plenty of porn, and the bed was very comfortable, Also, the happy hour (two hours, actually) with free beer and wine was a welcomed nicety.

CanadaSome of the furnishings and carpets are a bit worn and tired, but everything is exceptionally clean.
Great location, easy access, lots of parking, nice views. Rooms very clean and quiet, suite was well appointed. Beds comfortable, good toiletries. Breakfasts were excellent - lots of choices, different menu each day. Kim was in charge of breakfast and the kitchen - she was very friendly, kept the buffet well-stocked and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everyone had a smile and all we’re willing to help out. Shawana was very nice at check-in and went above and beyond to help my daughter with her reservation and check-in. It was very nice to have a good restaurant right next door.

United StatesThermostat in room is preset, and despite repeatedly dialing it down a bit cooler, it would reset back to its programed setting...so the room was never as cool as we would like it to be. Hotel shares its parking lot with two restaurants, so on certain evenings there is absolutely NO parking available, especially close to the doors. Why aren't the disabled spots marked for hotel guests only? Plastic utensils offered during the breakfast are cheap & flimsy; my forks were not able to spear food...kept bending. Either upgrade to better quality plastic utensils or use real silverware.
Beautiful suite...nice and big; full size refrigerator AND freezer in the kitchen is such a bonus. Free daily breakfast was varied, so not the exact same things every day.

United StatesBreakfast was included in our rate, but the options were very limited. Some interior fixtures are in need of maintenance and/or minor repairs ... for example, dresser drawers and kitchen cabinetry.
This is a clean and comfortable hotel with large rooms and suites. Most units have kitchens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bear in mind, however, that this is not a full-service property. We liked the self-service laundry in the building. There is a restaurant very nearby.

United StatesI did'nt like that we were charged $150 for incidental's.. I was told that's in case the room was destroyed in anyway. Granted my card was given a credit within 3 business days. It was a surprise that I've never experienced and didn't appreciate. I was also told all the hotels are doing it.. Never experienced with any of our stay's
