Room was not cleaned the 4 days/ 3 nights we were there. We had to specifically request clean towels. Breakfast was great except for the 3rd day which was on 08/22/25. Most of the hot protein food (eggs, sausages) ran out and the person in charge on that day did not cook anymore. This was around 8:10am so folks were still coming downstairs for breakfast. Only food out was all the carbs (bread, waffles, cereal and oatmeal)

When we got there we were told our room wasn't ready yet. That was an hour and 15 minutes after check in time which is 4:00pm. Also I booked the hotel on booking.com and the lady at the desk told me I had to pay again because my card didn't go through their system, although I saw it had came out of my checking account

I liked how the property was 15 minutes away from the amphitheater. It was nice that it had a pool, cornhole boards, and a putting green and of course breakfast

The room was really cold but I was here for a funeral and did not want to interact much to complain about heat.

Breakfast was not great. Dried, dehydrated breakfast patties and not a great selection of food. Coffee was awful, maybe too light.

I love that there were different things there. There was an indoor pool, fitness center, washer and dryer, as well as grills outside if you wanted to grill.

Breakfast was the same (breakfast tacos) both mornings we were there so more variety would be nice. I would've liked to see pancakes or waffles as the bagel variety & restocking was slow. coffee maker was broken one morning. The carpets throughout could use a good deep cleaning and vacuuming. the main hallway outside our room had a weird smell

Comfortable bed, suite was spacious. Free breakfast is always a nice perk and they have free water bottles available in the lobby for guests.

Breakfast and staff…breakfast was not at all good..on one of the mornings, i opened the food warmer and the sausage patties were being served inside what looked like a huge plastic bag that they came with in packaged in…the staff did not seem very welcoming at all, just seemed like they did not want to be there..I called 3 or 4x down to the front desk and no answer but as soon as I would go downstairs each time, someone was at the desk..I asked for extra towels and pillows, none was ever brought up to me or given

The location I thought was a little closer to the beach but that’s okay. Breakfast is good, just wish more fruit options available. Also, the hidden tax fees that creeped up on our bill put over $170 for a four night stay.

I liked the fact this hotel smells very clean when you walk in the door. It smells fresh lemony and clean laundry smell, which I love. VERY clean spacious rooms.
