United StatesBed was a little uncomfortable. The shower took like 5 minutes to get hot. Breakfast was a little meh considering we've eaten at many Homewood suites and had a huge variety of foods at other hotels. For the price of the room (over 300 for one night!), I expected at least a decent breakfast. Coffee was like water, and not even hot, barely lukewarm, and not a good choice of creamers. Oatmeal was like paste. Potatoes were rock hard or just dehydrated to hell. I usually dont mind powdered eggs, but these ones were weirdly textured and very wet. The only thing we actually enjoyed was the kielbasa sausages. We were highly disappointed in the breakfast. We possibly would stay again if in the area and the prices were a little lower. Thinking prices were jacked up because of Stagecoach.
The room was a great size. King suite. Everything was clean and fresh. The front desk guy was kind and informative and got us checked in quickly. Good location, 5 minutes from the Acrisure arena where we were attending a concert. There are lots of food options in the area, some within walking distance.

United StatesLove the clean skin and hair care products. Also, the bed was great because it was firm. Having water, coffee, and tea available 24 hours were great. The bad part is the location. It was the only area with a crazy sand/dust storm. Other nearby areas like Palm Springs were fine and pretty calm. But this area was crazy, like on another planet. Someone with severe allergy like me was very affected by it.The only thing the hotel can do is possibly consider changing the 2 automatic front doors to not open at the same time, letting everything in to the lobby and dining area.

United StatesUnfortunately, we were on the third floor and right after checking in. We had the neighbor underneath us complaining. We had staff at our door three times before even being there an hour. It was just a little unsettling because we hadn’t even got our luggage set up yet and the other guest just continued complaining. And it was barely 6:30 PM
The friendliness of staff staff were very helpful, caring and really appreciate it making you feel comfortable.

I did not ask about hand held shower heads and grab bars in the shower or grab bars next to the toilet

Filthy room, manager said he had budget to upgrade rooms. Stated hotel is 20 years old and not due to be upgraded until 2026. Offered a $200 credit through Booking.com. Have not seen it. Booking tried to move us to Homewood Suites in La Quinta but this property would not release our funds to transfer to La Quinta. This owner(s) are ruining Hilton's image and running this property into the ground. I will let the public know about this property and Hilton on social media
