Cleaning only happened on day 5 after requesting at the reception 3 times, even then cleaning was superficial. Deep cleaning needed in the rooms and the breakfast area. Due to the "by Hilton" i was expecting better, but generally ok.

The facilities inability to repair malfunctioning equipment is a large problem. The pool has been closed for multiple YEARS! The same holds true for the ice machines on several floors! The Only thing that causes me to continue choosing the location when I return for business is the proximity to my company's location #1 and the friendliness of the staff #2! I am debating choosing a different facility in order to find better (working) hotel facilities.

The breakfast was acceptable, there just wasn't enough variety day to day. Having stayed repeatedly at this location...the staff's friendliness and attentiveness to guests needs rivals higher end facilities!

There was two days where water did not even get warm to shower. The Sitting furniture such as chair and ottoman was totally worn dirty and needed to be replaced.

Pool was closed. The luggage cart had a flat tire. Everything else was fine.

The hotel had friendly staff and a clean room. The room was a good size. Breakfast was very good. Egg, meat, potatoes, pastries, and waffles. The pool was closed which was a bummer. We couldn’t easily connect the TV to YouTube. We had to use a phone as a hotspot to make that work. All of these things aren’t deal breakers. Would stay here again for sure.

The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. Upon departure I was told that something needed to be plugged in somewhere in the room for it to work. That should have been done prior to our arrival.

1. A lot of the exercise equipment in the gym is out of order and the pool is closed. 2. Bathroom layout is awkward. The TP being hung behind the door is annoying because the door is too wide to close without hitting the toilet seat. If the shower head had been installed on the opposite side of the enclosure, then maybe a pocket door could have been installed instead allowing for a better flow. 3. USB plugs in the lamps by the bed do not work properly and cannot be used for charging any devices. 4. Shuttle service is offered at the other Homewood on Benson Drive. Why doesn't this hotel have a shuttle?

Everything was great except not being to cast to the television. The remote says Netflix but it’s not on the tv. It makes being in the room a bit of a drag because you can’t be entertained by shows/movies. Remove the wifi from the tv and connect it to the hotels wifi.

Although free, the breakfast had very few choices. The waffles were good, but with only one waffle maker, it was difficult to get one. No biggie, though, because there was a Dunkin Donuts right across the street.

Perfect location. Able to walk to many restaurants. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
