United StatesAt the time of our stay, only one elevator was working, which caused some waiting. I imagine they’ll get that repaired soon.
Loved it there. Very comfortable. The suite was super nice with a full size fridge and dishwasher. You could live there for months if you needed to. I read several reviews that the beds were comfortable and they were great! Also, the shower was like Niagara Falls. Awesome water pressure! Loved it. I would definitely stay there again. 👍👍

United StatesWe had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was fantastic, and our spacious room comfortably accommodated me, my husband, and our fur baby. The staff was kind and welcoming, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like dog waste bags provided outside. The blackout shades were a great feature, allowing my husband to sleep in while I visited nearby family. With two working elevators, wait times were minimal, and there was plenty of room for my service dog and other guests. The indoor pool was clean and well maintained, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing or grilling. I especially appreciated the stovetop induction burner in the room—it made it easy for us to prepare meals for our dog during our stay

United StatesI would suggest follow up on work request. I would also request daily trash and linen removal from housekeeping. The housekeeping staff I met was very approachable and helpful. The standard is to clean room every other day.
The breakfast had decent options. My air conditioner wasn’t performing appropriately from arrival to second day. I left a request at the front desk for the problem to be addressed. No assessment was done. I called back and Chris Stone come up, assessed the situation, and actually changed the air conditioner! He went above and beyond for my comfort. He was also very personable and friendly. He made my second night comfortable. He represented your company at a 10/10 standard. The front desk staff were very pleasant. I suggest having house keeping daily if only to pick up trash and dirty linen.

United StatesI booked online and part of the reason I chose this hotel is because of dog friendly. There wasn’t an option to choose to say I was bringing a dog so I had to put it in the motes. I am a new dog owner and never had a pet in the hotel so didn’t know what the fee was. It surprised me when I got there. Would be nice to have someway to add that in so I knew the total before hand.

United StatesThe gaskets on the fridge door and freezer door were literally not attached. I feel like our room may have had a ticket or report just not made or forgotten because this wasn't just a small issue. The whole unit wasn't functional. There was also obvious purple drink or something in the fride. We were only there one night so I wasn't worried about it. I just let the lady at the front know the next morning. Everything else in the room seemed fine.
The hotel staff was amazing. Everything seemed clean and taken care of. Pool was awesome and breakfast set up was good.
