Bed was too soft. Air conditioner too high, too noisy and desk said they couldn’t help turn it down. Made it hard for my sister to sleep.

The breakfast was a nice surprise. Good coffee, much better variety of food than I expected. Disappointed the only plain creamer was only Creamo, not real dairy. Toaster very slow. Still I would recommend the hotel/breakfast as a convenient and decent deal. Desk staff courteous and friendly. Definitely an asset.Ekte lovely person Hotel seemed clean. Good breakfast, comfy bed, offered a crib for our baby. The hotel is under construction so the exit near our room wasn't operational. We were traveling with our small dogs so this made it a hassel to take them to the bathroom. Also, the pet fee was more than was specified on the booking site. This made the cost a poor value for what we got. Also, we couldn't use the room wifi as it seemed our info was incorrectly entered in their system.

Was reasonably priced when first stayed but price is now jumping up so I am staying somewhere else. I am doing a series of skiing lessons at Baker and live in Oak Harbor, so I stay the night. Consider offering a ski package!

Good location close to restaurants and lots of things to do with kids. The pool was small but well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The property is under renovation, which we were told ahead of time, so I'm sure the outdated room will be much nicer when it is finished. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. We'll stay there again.

Breakfast was fine, coffee was not great but typical hotel coffee. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean but the bathroom had clearly not been scrubbed in a while, not sure the floors had been cleaned that well either.

The beds were comfortable and came with a good amount of pillows. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the rollaway cot was as well.

The room door did not lock just by closing, had to pull hard a couple of times to get it to latch and lock. Told the front desk when we were checking out and they said they would have maintenance fix it. They were glad that we told them.

It was quiet, no talking in the hallway or door slamming shut. Breakfast was Great had very good selection and the hours it was open was very good. 6:00am it opened up and lasted till 9:00. Check out was at 12:00

When we booked we asked for a quiet room and they did not meet this request, giving us a room on the busy street side of the property, nearly above the hotel entrance. Tried to switch rooms but they said the hotel was full.

Convenient location in Bellingham, not too close to the I5 freeway. Breakfast was great. Even though our room faced the busy street, it was quiet during the night.

I booked a single king bed but upon check in they gave me a double queen room. The front desk said there was no more king bed available and couldn’t help me. I was disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for and had to make what I got work. In the future I will not be using your site to book any hotels due to this issue I encountered.
