How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Airport shuttle a bit too small. Couldn't take the whole group and we were very cramped. 4 people were left behind, don't know if they have a second shuttle at the same time.
A comfortable location near the domestic terminal. Easy check-in process is nice when you arrive late. Room large and comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast available really early, nice when you have to leave early.

Nothing
The hotel was a quick drive via a free shuttle bus from the airport. We just had a quick night stay because of a flight delay. Would stay here again if needed. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The graphics on the shuttle van are to small. The Atlanta College Park needs to be bigger.

We had to be up early for a flight so we were unable to have breakfast. Also, the desk chair was missing from the room.
Airport shuttle and the ability to shuttle to a nearby hotel to have dinner.

The absence of hot meals for lunch or dinner. Salads and sandwiches were available from the pantry. The location is good for the airport transfers. However there is nothing else within a 10 min walking distance near the hotel.
Breakfast was good. Rooms and room facilities were very good (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe). Main problem was the absence of a restaurant. However, shuttle bus was available to go to the sister hotel nearby were there is a restaurant. However that was not used. Hotel shuttle was not used either to go or come from the airport.

Nothing much to mention.
Breakfast was decent enough. May be few more options ( for Asian's ) will be recommended. Room was clean and spacious . The hotel is close to airport and commuting is very convenient.

I wish there was a hotel shuttle offered from the International terminal to the hotel. The queues for the general airport shuttle between International and Domestic terminals were long and you had to wait outside in the freezing cold. A breakfast option (even just a coffee and muffin) for guests leaving in the early morning (5am) would increase the overall rating from good to excellent.
Perfect for a one-night layover. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and very quiet.

Airport shuttle was a bit of a problem as queue for shuttle from international to domestic was huge so took us an hour to get to domestic terminal then waited 30 mins for hotel shuttle but didn’t arrive do ended up getting a taxi. Bus on time in morning but when we got to the domestic terminal the queue was again very long for transfer to international terminal so ended up getting another taxi.
Hotel great for overnight stopover at Atlanta. Breakfast great. Room nice and bed comfy.

Airport Shuttle courteous driver. Self service food bar was great. Microwave in room to heat up frozen food purchased at the self service bar. Room size was very generous. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Great value

Room was small, sink outside of bathroom. Main room door and bathroom door appeared to have damage. The additional lock on the room door didn't seem to latch.
Very close to airport and convention center. Soundproofing worked well, could hardly tell we were in the path of the airport runways. Good options available for breakfast.

They started charging parking ($15/night, which is kind of excessive) after I booked my room (which I did in part because of the free parking). I think someone should have told me this in advance, since that changes the terms of my booking

$15 charge for parking that I didn’t know about. Luckily we were able to return the car.
Close to the Atlanta airport. Easy to return the rental car. Transportation to the airport very easy.

The breakfast was decent, but I felt it could have been better. While there were some good options, the variety was a bit limited.
The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The proximity to the airport was also favourable for me, making my arrival and departure smooth. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay!
