We awoke early due to baby crying in the room next door.

Rooms overlooking the courtyard were nice but not as quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful staff. The coffee keurig in the room was great and we were able to get real creamer in lobby.

We parked on the side lot closer to the entrance- unfortunately it smelled like marijuana right outside the door. Not the hotels fault, but it hit me in the face when we were first going to the room.

Clean, good location for our purpose, amazing staff, nice rooms, breakfast was reasonable and the woman who took care of us at breakfast and also worked the bar and restaurant at dinner was exceptional!

A hostile woman in the breakfast room Saturday morning should have been removed due to her rudeness to one of the breakfast room staff members. She was loud and kept my family and others from enjoying their breakfast. The front desk staff came in to speak with her, but it should have been handled by someone in management. The lady ate like a pig, left an unbelievable amount of food waste, then walked out with three to-go trays full of food from the buffet without paying for the food. I was completely disgusted by the situation and felt bad for the breakfast room staff. She was back to her nasty tactics Sunday morning as well since we had the unfortunate opportunity to dine at the same time she did a second day. The woman played the race-bait card so I'm sure management gave her lots of freebies.

The staff were amazing...from the front desk to the breakfast room. We had an issue Saturday night with the man in the room next to us (we had a shared door between our rooms) being extremely loud on his phone. He sounded drunk. He was laughing, vulgar, and using profanity. He woke me and my son up around 12:40. I called the front desk after listening to the man for about 10 minutes. The staff member quickly apologized and said they would send security up. It took about 10-15 minutes after hanging up for the man to get quiet. I'm thankful the staff handled the situation quickly. My overall rate is a 7 due to a situation at breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Everything closes at 9pm. Can't even sit in the lounge area to talk quietly or play cards, etc. everything was chained off and an employee watching every thing we did to make sure we didn't go in that area.

We came specifically for the pool. On Saturday afternoon we went into the pool with some other families and our kids had a great time. As the night went on a very large group of not so friendly people came into the pool, started yelling at kids for splashing (I mean it's a pool isn't it?) which forced us to retreat to our room. The next morning we went to the front desk to ask about getting the pool key, only to find out that group of people started quite the fight after we left and glass ended up in the pool. Needless to say, our kids were quite disappointed.

Bathtub and shower were old and needed replacing. Shower curtain rod was not secure. Water flooded the bathroom when showering because shower curtain could not fully extend. Afraid it would come down. Reported it a few times. No solution.

Front desk people were welcoming. The indoor pool was a bonus feature. The design with all the floors being able to see it was unique. Room was clean and modern. Love the long counter in the bathroom.
