Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

More healthy choices in the snack bar area... such as fruit, milk . The wallpaper in the rooms was horrible. Parking gates did not work the entire time we were there.
Coffee in lobby was nice. Bed was comfortable. Lots of big box retail nearby.

Parking is not included and very expensive. Also, having better coffee like a keurig would be really nice!
Really comfortable and clean suite and very well located on the 16th Street Mall.

The bathroom had some broken tile pieces and the floors had recently been mopped but smelled like dirty water.

One staff member wasn’t helpful when I checked in early. Said there were no rooms available until check in time and she “guessed” I could use the pool and facilities. Just by happen stance another staff member knew we were waiting on a room and got us checked in. This was about 20 min after we got told no the first time.
Very, very clean and comfortable. Great location.

My one complaint is that parking is difficult for customers driving high profile vans such a a Sprinter. The Sprinter is too tall for the underground parking and street side parking is limited and requires alot of driving around the area looking for a parking spot.
Excellent location and amazing decor, cleanliness and facilities.

Breakfast buffet isn't very good and pre paying for breakfast does not have the option of ordering off of the cooked to order menu even though those items are cheaper than the buffet

Canyon Cafe was closed on 2 of the 7 nights, so I had to go over to Embassy Suites. As a long time Hilton Honors member that is unacceptable.

I was disappointed with the amount of light in the room. Our room overlooked the courtyard, so it was not possible to have the curtains open all the time. The lamps provided limited light in the room.
The main things that are important to me during a hotel stay are comfort and cleanliness. I have high standards when it comes to these two things, and the hotel met my expectations. The room was both comfortable and clean, which I appreciated. I would stay here again.

The mattresses are lousy. You need to think that a lot of people suffer from back pain (like me) and they are not back friendly at all. The personnel is nice but, for example, we asked like 5 or 6 times for coffee pods and they didn't have at first and then, when they did, they sent us the wrong ones.
We like that, for the most part the hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are fine, great location. Easy access to the parking lot.

Didnt get breakfast, couldnt spend anymore money. Hotel was great room was nice and clean but temperature was at 60 when we got there. Its winter at this time so my partner was cold. It woulda been nice to park near the hotel instead of down a street. Paid about 160 some dollars and we wouldve had to pay for parking too. Same with any food or drinks but thats just boulder for ya. Anyways Like I said it was a great stay.
Hotel was great, we got there right as it closed. room was clean and bed was made, shower was nice and hot for me and my partner. Night staff was nice but morning staff seemed unhappy, which is fair id be gloomy too if I woke up at like 4-5.

That the parking was not included in the hotel fee.
Very nice, clean hotel. Super well located. Of good taste, well decorated. They still clean your bedrooms every day (not like other hotels) The shower works properly and THANK YOU! for an excellent lighting in the bedroom.

Housekeeping is very minimal. Beds are made but not much more (although our towels were changed daily and we had plenty of them). The gym is also very small.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The common areas are lovely (nice fire pits in the evening). Appreciated the complimentary cans of water and coffee in the morning. Very quiet.
