Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Shower head needed to be replaced. Good housekeeping monitoring would have caught this before I did.

It is a bit of a hike to get to someplace to eat.
Great place overall, highly Coug decorated. Large and clean room, good breakfast. There is plenty of space to hang out, huge restaurant/dining area, conference rooms and even a small terrace with decent view. Good place if not booked out.

Wish the on site bar was open more than just Friday and Saturday.
A little old, but very clean. Staff was great. I slept 9 hours straight in comfort, and haven’t done that in twenty years. The room was spacious, cool, and very quiet! Would stay again.

Fitness center isn’t on site and it makes it difficult to workout when traveling with children. Wish there were healthier breakfast options

The location was on the hill had a nice view of the city but our room had a view of a field and the traffic below. The property is a little tired, but we don't really mind that.
EV charging that was included in the price was a bonus. Really appreciate that. We used the guest laundry as well and we always appreciate that. It was a nice quiet night's stay. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had boiled eggs which we always like and some yogurts and apples to take along with us.

I wish breakfast was better for as pricey as this hotel is. Wish it had warm actual cooked food like eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, stuff like that.
The beds are so comfy!! I really enjoy this hotel and the views are beautiful

There used to be a very nice restaurant there before the remodel, it would have been nice to have had dinner there and not go out to find a place to eat after a 6-1/2 hour drive to Pullman from the western Washington area.
The hotel was recently updated and was very nice and clean! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom door latch broken and room seemed to be missing the normal desk. Breakfast has become sparse despite lots of people, and not staffed for replenishment- down to one bagel, one apple,and 6 people waiting for the waffle makers at 8am on a Saturday morning. Full fridge of microwaveable stuff. We ended up eating in town. Expensive laundry machines but had to rinse crusty soap out of our clothes.
Location, pool, quiet, dog friendly, bartender was great.

With the convenience breakfast and shuttle to and from the airport I think the value was outstanding. I enjoy looking at the albums covering the years I attended WSU The best part is the warm welcome I receive from Spencer and Karen. I feel like part of the family when I visit

Breakfast was just adequate. Completely out of coffee in the dining area one morning. But they do have coffee option in the rooms.
So close to WSU campus! Great views. Clean. Comfortable bed. Reasonably priced. Pool and spa. Friendly staff. Large dining space. Bar on site. WSU theme!! Good size rooms.

The pool and hot tub were closed for the whole weekend.
The breakfast was mediocre, offering two waffle machines, but only microwave breakfast sandwiches or bagels to toast. They said they had eggs and meats cooked breakfast before COVID, but never went back to the higher level service. We were in the newer area of the property, so it was just fine. I've heard the older section is tired.
