Rooms are clean and community safe; The hoster's hospitality is amazing; The energetic Whiskey (the family doggie) is very nice and likes to play with us; The hoster is quite generous to offer us a free upgrade. Hate to leave.

Everything was excellent, location, price, room and mainly the host. It's in a very safe area right between Santa Monica and Malibu. Cant think of a better place to stay for visiting malibu beaches and all of LA!

Fantastic place with wonderful vibe !!! Great spot to visit LA and surroundings. You can stay on one of several, beautiful beaches located nearby as well as visit lots of interesting places in LA and around. Our format was to have one place we could come back after whole days of exploring those fantastic places. And Heaven’s Best Kept Secret fulfilled absolutely all our requirements. We felt there as at home. Beautiful house, clean, cosy. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking place. And the atmosphere, no tension, full relax. Beautiful. STRONGLY RECOMMEND and hope to be back ! Very cute and comfortable place to stay! Easy to find and Lisette was so inviting.

The owner, Lisette, was fantastic. She was so accommodating and made us feel like her home was ours. We wanted for nothing. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and the 2 bedrooms and the ADU apartment were perfect. Everyone was comfortable and had their own bathroom—the ADU was a complete apartment! The beds were great and Lisette had water, tea, coffee, breakfast fixing’ snacks, chocolate, etc. whatever we needed. So generous. We weren’t sure, as we decided to book, about sharing the house with the owner but that actually was what made this a treat. She and her dog Whiskey were so great. Hopefully you are a dog lover because Whiskey is quite a dog it’s his home too.

Nothing. It was close to everything

We stayed in the King-Size-Room with garden view. It was really like "heaven": large room with large bath room with everything you need and much more. It felt like a suite. Lisette is a wonderful host, probably the best we every had. She helped with information and recomendations for everyrthing we asked. The area is very safe and quiet. From Pacific Palisades one can reach Santa Monica, Venice Beach oder Malibu easily. If you like dogs: Her "best friend" Whiskey is a very well trained dog who can perform some tricks for entertainment, if requested. :-) We recommend staying at this place and would return, if visiting L.A. again.

The appartment is located in a beautiful and quiet area, only a few minutes from Santa Monica. The Host Lisette and her Dog Whiskey are both lovely. I am already looking forward to come back one day! ✨

I liked everything. Lisette is a great host. My son and I had a great time and felt very welcome. She goes above and beyond with everything. She got a pass for us to drive on the PCH. That was a game changer for getting around. She suggested great options for food and beaches. She's funny and smart and fun to hang out with. I would definitely go back again

We really enjoyed our stay. Lisette is a fantastic host. House was very beautiful and clean, room was huge with very comfortable bed (medium-firm mattress). The area is very quiet and safe. Lisette prepared once a delicious breakfast for us. Free parking available. She also provided us with the pass to go through the pacific coast highway, which right now is only accessible for residents. This was really helpful to save a lot of time when driving. The place is the best value for money solution we could find in LA and surrounding area

Lisette and her lovely dog Wiski were very hospitable and friendly. The house is clean, and has all the necessary amenities. Loved the well stocked kitchen, we made our own breakfast and enjoyed it every day. Location is amazing - in a quiet, safe area, with very clean and fresh air, surrounded by mountains. Very close to the beaches. We had beautiful mountain view from our room.

Lisette is awesome. She's very accommodating and full of excellent recommendations, plus she's incredibly personable. She clearly loves what she's doing and enjoys meeting people! We had such a blast and would 10000% return. The room is incredible, and she goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. She was very generous with providing food and coffee. Her dog, Whiskey, is a sweetie, and we couldn't get enough of him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the area as well. It was a great base camp for the area. 10/10 recommend!

Really nice and private. Inside a garage that was converted into a studio. Very nicely planned. Full set kitchen, fridge, oven, and stove top. Very nicely stocked and provided fresh water for the stay with snacks and fruits inside the main house. Parking is right outside the garage door, very close proximity to touristy spots. Owner has a list of places to go to inside a manual that have recommendations on where to visit and restaurants. Owner is very friendly and has a very cute dog too. Very nice area and the neighborhood felt very safe.

- The location of this house was perfect for visiting all the major attractions in LA. Very safe and quite. - The room was very spacious and very bright. Plenty of space for clothes and a nice big private bathroom. - The host Lisette was very knowledgeable and gave lots of ideas of places to go. The written guide was very helpful and in particular, we used it for places to eat and we weren't disappointed.

Great place to stay in quiet neighbourhood with very welcoming host. The room was really spacious, the main kitchen was well equipped with free available coffee, tea, fruits and breakfast.

Pretty much nothing

This property is a fraud. The confirmation that we received did not match the reality. We were in a garage with a kitchenette but no place to sit to eat except outside with two big dogs begging food. This is not what it claims to be.
