Was charged a $311 fee at the end which caught me off guard. Thought resort fees were included in initial booking...atleast thats how its always been for us at different resort stays.

Room 217 had a roar from a machine (laundry?] that came on at about 5AM AND was very loud and awakened us at 5AM.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE PREMIUM I PAID FOR THE STAY I ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING EVERY DAY AND OFCOURSE THE RESORT FEE WHICH ADDED ANOTHER 300 BUCKS FOR MY STAY WHAT THEY OFFERED FOR THE RESORT FEE DID NOT ADD UP IT WAS STUFF YOU SHOULD OF GOT FOR FREE I ALSO SAW A WIFI FEE

The only reason for 7/10 is active smoking all around the facility. People smoke day and night: at the entrance, at the balconies, etc. Feels almost like Istanbul, lol

The waiters at the pool were mean and rude. I reserved a chairs and had to go to the service area on the day to get services after waiting an hour, and the next day, I had to wave down a waiter after 45 minutes. The front desk staff were rude. Also, if they have yellow water due to the city pipe. There should be some time of notification. Red ant in my room and bathroom...

Everything was wrong the first night… the toilet didn’t work. The sink didn’t work. The shower door wouldn’t open and a light above the bed would not work.

The facility needs a lot of attention. Especially elevators. Beds are not very comfortable. They told me parking is free, then I was charged $90 on check out.

Umbrella situation on the beach is weird. You have to pay to rent an umbrella & beach staff took one of ours away after we paid for it. Two employees thought we didnt pay which was annoying.

I felt like we paid quite a bit for the stay and then we were Nicole’s and domed everywhere. $70for a pool chair? Ridiculous.

it’s on the far end of the hotel strip a bit further away from restaurants but that does make it a bit quieter and away from some of the rougher bits

it had everything. great bar, nice pool, lovely big clean bright rooms with comfy beds

hotel price for room too expensive and don't include nor breakfast, nor parking, nor internet in the room, even umbrella at their private beach. Also they don't clean private beach of seaweeds and that's why the beach looks dirty .

I thought i booked breakfast included and didn’t apparently. Breakfast buffet is $34 per person. So that was unexpected. Manger was rude and didn’t work with me on it. I don’t even eat buffets because i just had surgery so i thought it was included. In essence $40 for 2 peices of pineapple and 2 slices of bacon. Not only that the waitress “escorted me “ to the front desk when i questioned it. Paid $1500 for a hotel and was treated like that. Never again! Everything is overpriced and expensive. Plus $13 a day for WiFi.
