United StatesWe were promised extra hilton honor points for never receiving towels both nights and never received them. Please don't promise something if you don't plan on following through with it. It reflects on the company as well as yourself.
It was family friendly. Our kids enjoyed the stay. the breakfast was good and they had a good variety. We had to ask for towels every night because there weren't any in the room when we arrived. We were told we would get extra hilton honors points for the inconvenience but never did. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. It was located next to a lot of restaurants so we didn't have to travel far for lunch or dinner if we wanted. We also didn't have to travel far to the MSU Pavilion for the Horse Expo which was a bonus. The beds were a little hard, but not to the point of loosing sleep.

United StatesBooking .com .Will never use them again and will relate my experience. They had the wrong reservation and refused payment for an already paid reservation. At the hotel the staff called Booking .com but was not able to correct the issue. Booking .com told the hotel staff they needed to talk with me. I talked with their agent while I was at the front desk with the hotel staff who assured me things would be corrected and a refund would be issued. (Which by the way was more expensive than the hotel rates) and conformation of said refund would be transmitted to me that day via text to my e mail address. In any case it cost me the expense of my stay at the hotel as I had no choice as to my arrangements. To date ,I have never received any confirmation of my conversation or confirmation of said refund.
