When booking, the explanation of room configuration and size is very misleading.

We were promised extra hilton honor points for never receiving towels both nights and never received them. Please don't promise something if you don't plan on following through with it. It reflects on the company as well as yourself.

It was family friendly. Our kids enjoyed the stay. the breakfast was good and they had a good variety. We had to ask for towels every night because there weren't any in the room when we arrived. We were told we would get extra hilton honors points for the inconvenience but never did. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. It was located next to a lot of restaurants so we didn't have to travel far for lunch or dinner if we wanted. We also didn't have to travel far to the MSU Pavilion for the Horse Expo which was a bonus. The beds were a little hard, but not to the point of loosing sleep.

The hot tub jets were not working, and I had called 2 days prior to verify that it was in working order. Only 1 towel in the room unless you asked for more. And the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain

Room on first floor had a funky smell perhaps mold or just musty. Room fobs needed to be reprogrammed multiple times.

No one cleaned the room after the first night. Woke up every night with dogs barking in the hotel. Not normal Hampton quality beds, shower, etc.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was.not normal Hampton quality, but staff was on top of everything within their control except they could get a muzzle on the barking dogs.

I tried the breakfast this morning. Not a ton of variety, but that’s ok! Also, the plastic cups for the juices were stuck together and I couldn’t break them apart. It was almost like humidity might have happened and caused the sticking together issue.

Booking .com .Will never use them again and will relate my experience. They had the wrong reservation and refused payment for an already paid reservation. At the hotel the staff called Booking .com but was not able to correct the issue. Booking .com told the hotel staff they needed to talk with me. I talked with their agent while I was at the front desk with the hotel staff who assured me things would be corrected and a refund would be issued. (Which by the way was more expensive than the hotel rates) and conformation of said refund would be transmitted to me that day via text to my e mail address. In any case it cost me the expense of my stay at the hotel as I had no choice as to my arrangements. To date ,I have never received any confirmation of my conversation or confirmation of said refund.

Facility under renovation. Surprised to find a side door being used as an entrance. No breakfast area as expected, instead repurposed two rooms. One as food area, other as searing. Opposite sides of hallway.

our air conditioner whistled the entire night. very hard to go to sleep with the whistle and it was to hot to shut off. the bathroom light flickered like it needed to warm up.

loved the friendly staff. cleanliness, gym, water dispenser, and comfortable bed. the shampoo and cream rinse and shower gel was a very nice touch.

Everything was more than my expectations. The price was really good and the location is close to restaurants and shopping. There are plenty of free parkings. My family liked it.

That the pool and hot tub was closed for the day of the 13th. When we know it was open on the 12th .our room was messed up with 1 king bed instead of 2 queens and it made it hard for us to get a good night's sleep

The 1 bed we had was very comfy and when we asked for extra towels the were delivered promptly
