Cool, they called me ten o'clock the night before to tell me that they don't accept locals

Friendly Staff and Smiles....

Very friendly staff. Comfortable.

Bathroom privacy wasn’t great because of the rolling barn style door that left gaps through which the rest of the room guests could see and hear. Otherwise nice stay.

I loved the cleanliness.

I had no complaints. I loved it!

Customer service, breakfast, and amenities.

Seemed to be a suspect neighborhood, the elevator 2nd floor button didn't work right and the front desk knew there was problem with the button sticking. The toilet was too low to the ground and too close to the wall mounted toilet paper holders. There also seemed to be some water damage on the wall above the window.

10 🌟's Awesome! Clean very courteous staff and the breakfast was really good. Loved the banana bread waffles. The food was fresh and hot. They were always making sure there was plenty of hot food. My husband and I are on a month long road trip for our 50th Anniversary. We left on March 25 and stop every night at a new place. We stayed at this Hampton in on April 17th. This place was hands down the Best one so far. 💯

I Loved everything about my stay

Never ended up staying at the property front desk lady wouldn’t accept my bank card needed to have major credit card. Even though I paid for it online she still wanted me to give her a card. My refund was never put back on my card Front desk reception named Yolanda horrible customer service

Comfort, clean, quite

Room stayed hot. The unit blew directly into the thermostat therefore shutting the unit down before it cool cool the space. Woke up sweating several times

Clean, comfortable, great location.

In a good location. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was good and the ladies who ran it were lovely. Very clean and tidy hotel.

Only two little issues, room needed more lights a central ceiling light would help and no drawers to put things in, we used the metal baskets on kitchen unit. Apart from theses things the room was comfortable and very clean.

The bed was hard and generally uncomfortable. The toilet was so noisy that it woke the other up every time it was flushed (exploded). There was no exhaust vent in the restroom which is very unpleasant in a small hotel room. The duvet was laid over the duvet insert, which was a noticeable sign of laziness in the housekeeping routine. There was NO complimentary water, cookies or fruit and when I mentioned it, the desk clerk was quick to tell me that none of those were EVER offered. I’ve been a loyal Hampton customer for over 20 years and KNOW these certainly were ALWAYS offered. She argued with me about it and I deduced that it had been complained about many times and that she was coached to just deny that these were ever part of Hampton’s Customer Service. Best Western is far superior in customer care and I have switched from Hampton to Best Western starting now. The desk clerk was slow and only spoke to get info and it still took 5 minutes to get checked in. The breakfast clerk was the only friendly face. I continue to have bad experiences from this hotel chain and have had enough of hoping it was just a particular location that was bad. I’ve now realized the customer service just keeps dwindling down and I’m done with Hampton Inn.
