View of a concrete wall. Room was cool but musty & humid. We had to change rooms after it rained and got the carpet wet. Clean & tidy at first glance. Bathroom was very small. Water damage is visible above the shower head and along the bathroom wall.

Convenient location. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Sweet lady at the front desk was the only reason for the score.

Nothing - we really love this morel.

Always friendly receptionist - she is very helpful. We had a room with family above us that had several children making some noise. She instantly told us we could change rooms and helped us move to new room. We have been here twice in the last month and so glad we found this motel. It's close to all attractions and restaurants. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Always clean rooms. We will go back again soon. Love the mountains and Guest Inn.

When I booked this stay it stated that breakfast was served from 7-9 am. Upon arrival I was told there was no breakfast. This trip was on a VERY tight budget and finding out I had to come up with the money for 3 extra meals was very stressful.

The facility, although older, was clean and tidy, well organized.

The people who stayed above us made a lot of noise after 10 pm which started the quiet hours. It sounded like they were running up and down the hall or jumping up and down for over 2 hours off and on. I reported the issue to Mona when we left and she told me that if I had come to the desk and reported it at the time that it occurred they would have gone and approached the people that were causing the noise but who wants to get up at 2 am and put your clothes on and report someone making the noise. I just laid there and prayed that they would stop.Whomever would do that in a motel room I do not understand. No respect for the motel or the other people in the motel. I didn't appreciate booking.com charging my card on Monday 5 days before my scheduled arrival. I understood that it would charge the day that I was to arrive. I would like to have paid cash for the room when I arrived but Mona didn't have access to the amount I owed.so I guess they are not allowed to receive cash.

The room was neat and clean and Mona was very nice to place us on the ground floor by request. I would recommend to others and would choose to stay again. Great location.

Bathroom floor was dirty and sheets were old and wouldn’t stay on the bed due to stretched out elastic. Carpet needs to be replaced…..stained and damp to the touch.

The location was great with less noise than when staying right on the parkway. We loved the family running the hotel! Super friendly and helpful! Beautiful exterior! Bed was comfortable and we slept well. King bed room was a good size. Liked the window seat! Air unit was quiet!

The room/bathroom was not at all handicap accessible. There were no grab bars in the bathroom. We only had 2 room choices for rooms once we checked in. Tiny bathroom or small bathroom. Both had 2 queen beds (which we reserved) but we had also request handicap accessible, flat floor shower. Despite having requested this room, they rented it to someone else earlier in the day.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and worked really hard to accommodate my handicapped wife the best he could.
