Even though the room was large it was infested with roaches it was also in the top corner next to rooms that had asbestos it made me feel a little uncomfortable.

The staff was welcoming and friendly and worked with me the room itself was large very nice.

For medical reasons, I'm not to climb stairs. My email confirmation stated a downstairs room. She said no, there are none. It was so hot in the room, even with the little air-conditioning. I called her and complained, she said there is nothing I can do. So over all, I paid 72.00 to get a poor night's sleep and sparingly get back down the steps with no issues.

Scary location. Room with a view...of a burnt building, empty mildewy pool, broken sign. Room next to us was contained due to asbestos. Flat, hard pillows.

The new fluffy purple towels were unique.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Even though our reservation didn't show up she was still able to get us in a room. The bed was small for 2 people even though the reservation said king size bed. We were on ground level but we're unable to park directly in front of our room due to cones in parking spaces. Some vehicles were allowed to park there but not us. The guy who watered the plants was rude and should learn a little people skills.

Heating sucks have a space heater and the was here didn't work had ask for another bur still cold and while staying came across 3 roaches and not smoking kind

Electricity went out twice, so far. Extra heaters were brought in because of cold weather. Could not use our coffee pot / electric tea kettle without blowing a fuse with heaters and TV on at the same time.

Their were bugs in the room . Air conditioner was loud . This place has a great opportunity to become a awesome stay location.. Develop a room by room upgrade of little things .. Could be a awesome location. Has great possibilities!!

The outward appearance does not depict the inward value. I. Other Words people usually won't take advantage of the motel because it looks neglected and not very well maintained.

The front desk and house keeping went out of their way to make sure my wife understood she was welcome here, and they wanted her to focus strictly on her recovery more than being a burden to them! 🤗 NOBODY Else Ever Showed Us Such Hospitality in the City of Pueblo, Colorado.

Everything about the place could have been better. Honestly a scary place like a bad movie!

It was so bad that we couldn’t stay. The front office was locked up and we had to talk through a hole. The room was dirty, smelled like someone had smoked. My bed had a bobby-pin left in it and cigarette burns on blanket eith stains on the sheets. There was mold around the bathtub. BThe place was run down , peeling paint and dirty under stairs. It was rated 4.0 and I would say a -4.0. Worst I have ever seen and I would like a refund!!!

I waited over an hour for the front desk Clark to come open the door called well over 50 times called support support hung up on me. Then called back said I wanted my money back so I could go somewhere else they told me there’s a cancellation fee WHEN I COULDN’T CHECK IN BECAUSE THEY WOULDN’T OPEN THE DOOR or answer the phone that the sign on the door says to answer.

A lot of renovations at this hotel. It will look very nice when complete. In the meantime, the pool had no water in it to enjoy, the bathroom is small compared to other hotels, and the parking is not large vehicle friendly.

The staff was kind, professional, and patient. The rooms were clean. For a business trip, that is the most important item is that the rooms are clean and bed is comfortable.
