Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe room is very tiny, it feels like they tried to fit in everything they could in one room so not much space to move around. And as in most of the places no lights on the ceiling, it's fine for the night but I'd prefer to have more lights during the day.
The place was nice, it was a very interesting experience starting from check in. Be prepared to get suprised by the new tech from the company. The room was very authentic. An interesting place to stay in, definitely different from other places Ive visited before.

United KingdomThe main light in our room was not working. The fire alarm outside our room kept beeping - needed a change of battery- but we slept through it without trouble. Did not change the bed during our whole stay. Breakfast not included - you need to pay for it at their restaurant
Lovely staff - everyone was so nice! If you have a car the location is good and easily accessible (a half hour drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon).

United StatesThe check-in process via computer kiosk was weird and unnecessary. It would be fine for a late check-in (after 10pm), but completely silly when there was a person at the front desk during the day/evening. The representative was polite but it felt really impersonal. The fridge did not work. There was no microwave. The USB ports on the table lamps were partially functional as only 1 of the 4 total ports worked. There was mold in the bathroom behind the door along the door jamb. The ceiling fire/smoke alarm was open with no battery. The toilet flushed slowly. The pillows were too thick for sleeping. They worked great for sitting up in the bed but not for sleeping.
The size of the room was great. It was unexpectedly spacious, with nice decor. The beds were comfortable with clean bedding. There were enough clean, decent-sized towels. The bathroom was small but functional and was supplied with soap and shampoo. Overall the room was clean and smelled clean. The wall outlets and TV worked (but limited channels.) The pool area was clean (we didn't swim though.) lots of outdoor seating for enjoying the cool morning and a coffee. The Keurig style coffee maker worked fine. Coffee, cups, and creamer/sugar we're provided. The restaurant food and service were good. We ordered burgers and chicken fried steak. The food was hot and fresh. The server was attentive. The Chevron station next door was clean and had adequate supplies. The staff was friendly. Overall, we liked our stay. It was really affordable and only 20 minutes from the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance.

AustraliaVery small room at the Motel down the road. No fridge. Under the bed needed a good vacuum. We are allergic to dust so hay fever all round. The TV remote did not work. Small options for eating in town but the Inn has a restaurant with large servings. The chef would not fry steaks we had and could not keep because the Motel had no fridge. However, they were able to give us ice.
Not too far from the Grand Canyon. 20 min drive. Restaurant good and Juan the matre de was great.

United StatesFirst room was quite dirty and also a 2nd floor room was requested and it was on the 1st. 2nd room was clean but the bathroom room needed repairs. There was alot of grout missing from the floor creating loose tile and the toilet was loose on the flange. The water in the tub would not shut completely off.

Also, the window AC unit was LOUD as hell!!! Other hotels are closer to the park entrance, but the other hotels are much more expensive for this reason

United StatesThey have a remote check in kiosk that connects you to someone in India at a call center. It took over 30 minutes to check in after already having reserved a room on line and paid. The young person that I was connected to was too busy talking to someone else in the call center and muting the conversation and would just complain that the computer was working slow. Then when we finally get to the room on the second floor, with no elevator, the AC unit sounded like it had a monkey with a hammer in it.
The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The shower was good and hot with great water pressure. The bed was comfortable.
