Nothing I can say that I did not like.

We were on the 3rd floor and our exterior door opened to a large hot tub!! Nice and clean. Great place to soak up the sun or just sit and relax on the deck. Nice location right across from the Winter Park shops and eateries. Public transit was superb. Very close to a nicely paved trail... Fraser River Trail.

It doesn’t have staff in its lobby. You have to go to a building across the street for check in or if you need something.

It was clean, everything worked perfectly and it is very close to Winter Park ski base.

The bathroom/shower was a little dated but clean and worked fine .

Excellent location right next to Winter Park Village and Gondola. Ski lockers and parking were convenient, excellent communication from staff made check in/check out easy. Hot tub was newly renovated and huge ..was an awesome treat after long days of skiing. Would definitely stay here again!

The hot tub deck was closed for construction. I'm surprised that they would do this during high ski season. The pull out couch mattress was really worn out and unusable. It would have been helpful to understand to go through the gates to check in.

Neither of my TV's worked. The TV would turn on but the remote wouldn't change channels on the living room or bedroom TV.

Getting in and out of the parking garage was a challenge, with a short time limit on putting in the long code. We struggled to figure it out and get fast enough, and saw some other cars having the same issue. A bit more time allowed to enter the code would be helpful. It was nice to have the car off the street.

Close to the gondola!!! Just a short walk. We received a quick response when the desk was contacted about any issue. (Our television was completely unhooked, and a tangle of wires. 20 minutes after we called a maintenance person came and fixed it for us.) The kitchen was well stocked with common cooking equipment / dishes etc. Our room was tastefully and comfortably decorated and appeared to be recently remodeled. There is a ski locker available on the first floor which was convenient after a day of skiing. No lugging to and from the room and in the elevator. Lastly, we were walking distance to the base village which was convenient for groceries, shopping and restaurants.

It wasn't a problem for us, but note that this is not a "quiet" location - we could barely hear the TV during "hot tub" hours, and both days had unsupervised little ones racing through the halls in ski boots shrieking... All happy noises and had nothing to do with the unit itself. The unit and property are lovely - just not quiet, if that is what you are looking for.

I never received an email regarding the registration process. We had to go across the street to the hotel to register it took us about two hours to realize that because I never received the initial email it made it very frustrating process.

The room was much too hot and uncontollable at thermostat. Too hot to sleep. Thr stove burners were not flat to cook on. Light bulbs out- I expect to have things maintained and working and be comfortable. This is my vacation.

No one ever returned my questions on website. Booking.com had wrong number on information. No information on checking procedures. Late getting our room. Horrible communication by Fraser Crossing their phone number makes you listen to 3 commercials and then to get leave a message. Booking.com communication was equally poor and unacceptable. Fire pit didn’t work, management totally absent and unengaged.

Facility was going through construction/remodeling and they had all patio/spa/hot tub area closed and did not advertise that. Not sure if that was the reason also that i felt was lot of dust in the building, and the room too. Also one thing thats preaty common to all rentals, fridge are bad quality and its either freeze your groceries or not able to keep them cold enough and that is horrible for somebody that eat mostly in the unit and spend lots of money on quality food that ends up to garbadge, stove beaten up and dated too.

Very good location for ski activities, stuff were friendly and they repond quick to any request or inquiry. Internet and cable very good and reliable.

The room was hot and thermostat wouldn’t turn down the whole stay. I had to sleep with the windows open in 13 - 20 degree weather.
