Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Malaysiathe elevator was really slow. i stayed on the second floor and the elevator takes an absurdly long time just to go up from first to second floor.
location was great, reception staff was pretty helpful too. they allowed me to check in early, which i was grateful for since i arrived early and was exhausted from a long flight. location: walking distance to lots of restaurants and grocery stores, overall just super convenient. the room cleaning service was good too, pretty much standard.

Good location near Subway. Good options for coffee, steak, and deli items within walking distance. Hotel had a night club, I was on floor 9 and could not hear them. Room was small by normal standards but a good size for NYC and well designed.

(However no noise in rooms) Members of staff were rather nice (room cleaner-buttler) but difficulties to exchange with the welcoming agent on our arrival since she fell asleep.

Costa RicaWe found the room to be very small and not well-suited for a group of four. It was difficult to move around comfortably with our luggage. Additionally, the noise from the street on weekend nights was quite loud and disruptive, which made it hard to get a good night sleep, especially if you stay at the 2nd floor in the street side.
The best part of this stay was the location, it's incredibly convenient with metro stations just a short walk away. The room was clean and having a fridge in the room and a microwave at the lobby was a really convenient bonus.

United StatesWould be nice to have a mini fridge and/or microwave. There is a nightclub right next door that got pretty rocking on Friday and Saturday night, but for some that might be a good thing.
Fantastic location. The rooms are clean, and queen sized beds were comfortable. AC worked well. The staff was very responsive. The rate was very good for the location. Rating this good for the price and location. Many hotels in this price range only had full sized double beds available. The rooms are small, but we were here for the city. It's about a 5 min walk to the 1 subway train.

United StatesWe arrived July 4th, we didn’t know there was a club at the ground floor of the hotel. From our room at the 5th floor, we can see the party and it was very noisy! The party started Friday, Sat, Sun and Monday evenings and they ended at 4:00 AM. We could hardly sleep. Just be aware that there will be parties at the ground floor of this hotel on the days mentioned above.

United StatesThere's an actual nightclub in the ground floor of the hotel. I think it's technically called a restaurant and bar but there was pretty loud music and such over the weekend so that might not be the environment for everyone. Overall, for a Sheraton property, the hotel felt like it was in need of a refresh. Linens felt like they needed an upgrade. I also felt like the AC unit kind of struggled to control the temp and humidity in the room. It was just on the side of comfortable but if you like it really cold. Not all rooms have fridges. They were able to add one to my room so you can ask at the desk.
It has a good location to Chelsea by the 28th Street subway station. Room is decent size and so was bathroom. The staff was nice and friendly for questions. It was a good price value
