United StatesNumerous little problems with room: fan in bathroom didn't work. lights flickered every time ac turned on and off. stuff like that. the hotel itself smelled bad, like old hotel and lots of weed. Weed smell everywhere. The provided "breakfast" was a pot of coffee.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air freshener in the room was very pleasant. The room itself was clean, although it wasn't in the best repair. The pool seemed nice although we didn't use it.

United StatesThe internet is the worst internet I’ve ever experienced. Don’t even bother paying for upgraded internet because it still doesn’t work. The pool was closed but no one told us that until we asked. The “breakfast” was individual wrapped muffins kept behind the front desk you have to ask for one. The hotel smells a little funny. My son puked in the elevator they handed me a towel to clean it up and told me to just throw the towel away. They never bothered trying to clean it up anymore than what I did. Staff was very short when you talk to them, the woman was the nicest.
I like that there was a kitchen, bathroom, 2 beds and a couch. They also offer kitchen supplies if needed.

Room cleanliness was once after 2 weeks of completion of stay. This was not expected. Atleast once in a week the room should have got cleaned. Also for laundry service charges I didn't receive any Invoice Receipt niether it was added to Hotel Invoice. I had given feedback for all above points but I didn't receive any feedback from any one.

United StatesWe asked for two extra pillows and we were told there were none. The showerhead kept dripping water;we couldn’t turn it off completely. Consequently the floor got wet. I suggest you get that tightened. There was a party going on outside of our window at 4 am with the music cranked right up from their car. We were also attending the Miami Open men’s Semifinals and would’ve liked to watch Tennis before we went for the Friday night match. We were in room 122 and our friends were in 108. These issues were reported to the day staff on checkout and she said she would let her manager know.
The convenience of walking to the Chase Stadium and also the Cypress Creek Trirail station.

BrazilFirst room they put me into had the weirdest smell an issue with the smoke detector that kept going off, then they put me in a room that had roaches all over the bathroom. I went down to the front desk to ask for a new room and suddenly the guy who was asking for money and a microwave outside the hotel was actually roaming around inside, shirtless and asking for a shower.
