There weren't many people (if any) when we were there, so socializing was non-existent and the pool table has to be redone.

The place itself is still in the process of getting upgraded, but it is clean and the rooms were very spacious. The full kitchen is a bonus as it allows us to spend more time at the location.

the 1 big big downer about this property is was the wifi. needs sorting out. as the property filled up the server and modems couldnt handle the amount of people using it. some days i didnt have service. and had to go starbucks to use the wifi. the wifi is the only disappointing thing. the management said they had the line checked and provider said was big enough. i personally dont believe that.

i liked the quiet ness and location of the property. you was left alone unless you wanted something. staff very cute and helpful.

We couldn't get the ceiling fan to work, although I'm not sure if it was functional or just decorative.

Some of the guest were on drugs acting out of control in the pool area. I wish there was a security guard to report them. They were the guest staying in Room #9. On 5/25/2025

The check in system was a bit intrusive. It was a "remote check in" and required personal information beyond what you would normally expect.

The property is a bit dated but they keep it very clean. WiFi unfortunately did not work while we were there so we were unable to access the tv applications. Jacuzzi was out of service but they did offer to use the jacuzzi at a sister property.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We did check in rather late but they were very quick with responses and helped us out! Small property and very comfortable and quiet. The little garden patio was so cute!

Bathroom smelled odd, floors were dirty, bedsheets had black specks on them, towel had someone else’s hair on it. Parking spots were unclear. There was a second set of parking spots to the left of the entrance but the signs did not say Float, and no one seemed to park there.

Courtyard was nice, staff was quick to respond when I asked for more towels, the keypad entry system was convenient, AC worked well.

Amenities were lacking, had to ask for additional toilet paper, towels, soap in the soap dispenser. TV did not work, remote did not have batteries. Inconvenient to say the least.

The room had a kitchen with bare BARE minimum. Half broken pot and mostly empty cabinets. The pool was dirty and bugs seemed to be never scooped. The outdoor shower and the jaccuzzi didn't work. The place needs a little love and care.

It was overall a great stay. The neighborhood despite being a bit far from downtown was really cute. The hotel was clean and cute. The staff was really nice and the price was better than surrounding hotels. The room was large. The shower worked great. The bed was comfortable. The pool beds were awsome.

Had trouble with the TV turned out. It was unplugged. Batteries need to be replaced in remotes room didn’t seem very clean. Trash was left out back on patio.rooms need full length mirrors.

I couldn’t shut the blinds to the room. They were a magnetic closure that didn’t work.

The pool table felt was falling apart, the two bedroom half house has a window facing into their supply room. Which they placed a black plastic bag on the window to block the view in (yet slightly see through)

The location was prime. 5 mins via Uber to downtown and the casino. The value for the price was amazing. Also the beds were super comfy. The facilities have a nice pool and pool table to play with yet in rough shape

Self check-in is weird but easy enough. Shower sprayed and leaked everywhere. Temperature was so fussy. We basically froze while we showered. Had to run a little portable heater all night to keep warm.

Comfortable bed - like very comfortable. Cute place, even in winter. Roomy. Better for a longer stay, I’d think.

i clean my room when i left and they charged of my deposit a fee because i bring my cat with me and my cat is emotional support ( they can’t charged but they did) this is one hotel i never want to came back
