Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWasn't told there would be no housekeeping on a daily basis- we stayed 2 nights. The room lighting was indufficient- way too dark. The new light bulb changed at the desk made no difference. Noticed lots of waste at the breakfast area due to the digital toaster. This may seem minor but mist foreign visitors had no idea how to simply toast bread- very frustrating. Poorly designed and too dark in the bathroom. Why was the light over the toilet and not over the vanity mirror? Overall we would not return. No foldout luggage rack and no place to sit in this spacious room.
Easy location to get to. Nearby to most adjoining towns. The ladies handling the breakfast area did a great job of keeping ip with the crowds and fast pace.

United StatesGreat breakfast. Room was spotless, (even the rug, which sometimes they feel grimey even at clean hotels. ) Staff was friendly. Walls are very thick. The people next to us were awake conversing at 3:30am and I could only hear them very faintly. Bed and pillow were both very comfy.

The $300 Keurig coffee machine on the room didn't work or perhaps I was too stupid to handle the only two buttons of the coffee maker. Staff didn't seem too happy to work at the hotel.

United StatesWe did not like that laundry facilities were broken. The bathroom toilet did not flush well. Took about 7x to flush. The pillows were not comfortable. The outlets in the lamps did not work to charge your electronics.
We enjoyed the breakfast and the proximity to the bus stop.
