United StatesAccess to wifi within the guest rooms could have been better. I was unable to access WiFi due to issues with the captive portal. The instructions to access WiFi were useless. Access to the elevators was impractical. The walkway to the elevators is narrow. So, it can be a little tight if multiple people transit the area at one time.
The rooms are very spacious and immaculate. There was ample parking, but you may have to walk a substantial distance to and from where you are parked on busy days. The staff was friendly and promptly checked me in with no issues.

The right side one was toooo loud sounded very old. Also was missing keys on the +|~ button for speed and cup holder was missing. They both need serious maintenance.

United StatesOur toilet leaked all over the floor when we first flushed it. The whole bathroom had an inch of water on the floor. The woman at the front desk told us the maintenance guy's shift was finished and the whole hotel was booked. So she said they had no other room to give us, and they could provide a plunger for us to use all night. (?!!!) It was the end of her shift. When I told the new man at the front desk, he also told us they were completely booked and we'd have to stay in our flooded room. I explained again that the bathroom is flooded. After a little bit, he found a room we could stay in. Our new room was fine, but the air conditioner was so loud and making consistent clunky noises. At least it wasn't flooded.
The man at the desk was nice. The room suite design is very nice. The lobby and sitting area is spacious and a nice place to meet others in our party.

United StatesI felt like the staff could've been friendlier. I'm a Hilton Honors member and they weren't able tell me the day before if early check in was a possibility. After leaving me on hold over 10 mins. Then when I called back once I landed and they explained early check in would cost $75 which is outrageous! Lastly, when I did check in the guest agent didn't smile, wasn't courteous or friendly. I had to double check the room information because she didn't even tell me room number.
The lobby and room were beautiful. The breakfast was good.

United StatesThe lobby area was definitely no reflection of the rest of the hotel. The rooms are old and dated. There was RUST all throughout the bathroom. The sink water pressure was ridiculously low. The sofa was ripped. My A/C NEVER cooled the room. It was stuffy and humid throughout the stay. I just had a different expectations from the costly price I paid!
The location was good. The lobby area was updated and had great appeal.
