I wish all the rooms had hard wood floors. We had three rooms and one had wood floors and the other two carpet. The carpet although fairly new, has a mildew smell, probably because of wet feet from the pool. Our couches were a bit stained and tattered. Definitely need new furniture, couches and chairs. My sister’s room had a steady leak from an overhead sprinkler, luckily it was over the bar sink. This was our second stay, my mom’s third. The staff did comp one of her nights for the inconvenience.

Love the pool, breakfast and evening reception. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating!

Size of the bathroom.

The size of the room was huge, but the bathroom was as tiny as you would expect from a hotel that is 30 years plus old. We were unable to check in when we arrived, around 2:30 PM, which I get was a little early, so we sat in the hotel lobby and waited, clearly in view of staff. An hour later I went and checked again, and we were able to check in. It would have been nice if they came over to tell us, but they were busy talking amongst themselves. The afternoon social was nice, but the bartender was more interested in selling us $3 beers, rather than giving us the free ones, again, I get it, and I tipped anyway, but would have tipped less if I had to pay for the beers. The hotel was in a great location, walking dinner to a great restaurant, Captain Jacks which had great food, so that was a plus. Overall, it was not bad, just some minor thins.

Rooms do need an upgrade. Our fridge and microwave didn’t work and the shower had issues. Stayed during the tennis tourney and the price was excessive especially for the quality of the room.

Very nice overall design with a decent pool and hot tub and good complimentary breakfast.

The bathtub fixture was hard to work. The toilet "ran" before it finally shut off. The outside flooring was slippery because I had heels and had to hold onto the railing --- the railing in turn was very dusty.

The rooms -- which were a living and bedroom were large and comfortable. The mattress was very good. Good lighting. Nice large desk for working. The bathroom lotion was very pleasant. Bredakfast was excellent although the toaster needs updating.

The couches were gross. They had white stains and other weird stains on them. You can’t miss those stains. Gross. They should have been cleaned. We didn’t want to sit on the couches. Used towels. The rooms were kind of dated and a little rundown. But other than the couches, we had a nice stay.

The property was really nice. The breakfast was wonderful. The people who worked there were wonderful. The pool was nice too. It’s nice that they had a dog run in the back. That was very clean.

Their was a staff member Vanesa who works nights and apparently our AC gives out in our room at night at that I cannot sleep it’s 85 degrees in our room ! I called to see how she could help she said she couldn’t do anything it was midnight and the whole staff went home she couldn’t even accommodate a different room I have never been given attitude especially when am telling her am paying 400 dollars for what ? To be uncomfortable I couldn’t get the AC fixed till 9 am horrible !!! I had my whole family and my dog it was palm dessert !

The kitchen area in the larger family rooms should be larger for the number of people in the room

Most everything was OK, but the mini area for a kitchenette needs to be a lil bigger for the larger rooms. Bigger room usually means more people and need larger kitchen area .

After paying $90 per night for a room being charged for parking is outrageous. I arrived on Wed at 3pm and departed on Thurs at 8:30 am and was charged for 2 days parking!

You have to pay for parking ($10 a night), room was clean, but there were weird red splatters in the bathtub that we cleaned up ourselves, the TV only had some channels that worked, the AC was VERY loud, and they only had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper (no additional roll in the room).

Easily accessible to everything overall the hotel was clean.
