Needs more than 1 waffle maker No French toast option Being charged for parking for a place we're already paying to stay is ridiculous, especially at $26/day

We absolutely loved breakfast. Chef Ken is AMAZING! There should be more than 1 waffle maker or because it takes at least 3 min to cook creates long lines and chaos. However breakfast was still amazing! We also like that we can walk to local restaurants or the grocery store within minutes

The room has a damp odor to it. The breakfast was ok, the omelets were good but only one waffle maker with a line trying to use it makes your other food cold. You all need 2 or 3 waffle makers

The carpets in the room were stained and gross. I put down a towel to stand on when getting dressed. Also, there was no room in the bathroom, and when we showed the steam was so bad, the door wouldn't close.

The breakfast was nice. Be able to have a fresh cook meal.

Did not like the Surprise $25 per night parking charge. Parking not disclosed on Booking.com anywhere in the hotel or room description. Ridiculous that they charge to park at their hotel, how else would one get there? Parking charge in fine print on orange ticket that we were told to put on the dash of the vehicle. Never told about the charge at check in. Just giving the orange card and told to put it on the dash.

When we checked in, the front desk guy didn't greet us in any way. Never smiled. We didn't feel welcomed. The bar attendant was the same way. Not friendly at all. Seemed like we were putting him out to get a drink. The pool has a cracked ceramic area that could cut someone. The hot tub jets weren't installed, so water was shooting everywhere. Overall, a miss with customer service.

Spacious rooms which were very comfortable! Breakfast was nice. We really enjoyed the pool. Devin, the front desk guy on evenings, was amazing! Such a positive and nice guy! The facility, although a little tired, was very pretty. We used Uber to get around, and that was very easy!

Breakfast was a bit of a fiasco. There is nowhere near enough seating, which leads to kids running around all over the place. We ended up eating while standing with our dishes on a bar behind the buffet. They have a spot where you can have omelettes freshly made, but the line was too long. That line is the only place to get bacon or sausage, so we skipped that, too. Overall, the quality of the food was good, but the space was uncomfortable and it was hard to get to the food due to the amount of people in such a small area.

The staff was not friendly and the social/happy hour food was not good. My partner called several times to let the hotel know he was proposing on this trip and the staff did nothing to help or make this a special experience. Front desk person and bartender/server were not friendly
