Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesSome of the utilities were old. It was really hard to use the faucet handles on the sink in the restroom. One was so old and brittle it snapped clean off when my mom turned it. And she's not exactly hulk strong so that couldn't have been human error.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Access to eatery variety was limited as access to the metro. Response to maintenance issue was excellent! The breakfast buffet was very good.

United StatesOne elevator did not work. It was stuck on the 8th floor our entire stay. The bathroom had some issues, such as the toilet handle having to be pushed in then down for it to flush, and the faucet on the sink was too far away from the bowl, causing water to gather in the space. My last concern is the cost to park in a very confusing parking garage. But the convenience was necessary.
We had a suite and appreciated the separate seating area from the bedrooms. The water in the shower was extremely hot with good pressure. Made to order eggs/omelets are always welcome along with happy hour.
