Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe baseball field has caused a lot of changes. Paying for parking is ridiculous. I never had to pay 200 amenities fee up front. When I went to get breakfast, I was told I could only get one omelet made. I serve my husband. I can't get 2 omelets. The hiding of the bacon is ridiculous. I have to ask for it now. Why am I seeing pets?

United StatesInitial arrival- we had preselected room so we could see ball park and did checkin on my phone. It said awaiting cleaning. When we arrived the front desk clerk was short with us- until I called her behavior rude. We only had 2 towels for 4 people. I did ask for more and when they cleaned the room they took our extra towels. Wish they had the waffle station operable at breakfast.

From the vibe to views inside and out this was an amazing stay. The location was also close to the stadium to have a leisurely walk to and from. If you chose to take an Uber it is very affordable due to the location.

United StatesThe elevator squeaks whenever someone uses it. A friend of mine struggled to fall asleep because of it, and I also heard it through the walls of my own room throughout the night.
I loved the breakfast bar. There were lots of options available and staff was friendly. My favorite thing to eat was the veggie omelette!
