Ed and pillows

Breakfast staff lazy, no replenishment after request. Yogurt empty, fruit empty and cereal choice lacking. Front desk person on arrival very curt. Room had no place to sit and lights were overhead and in your eyes in bed. No table between beds to place phone, etc. One wall lamp was inoperable and lighting from them poor. Room bland and too much bed and no chairs but one office chair. Poor setup. Room we booked through booking was given away and we were given this sparse room

Breakfast was nice, room was very clean and comfortable, staff was super friendly.

The AC seemed to cycle off a couple of the nights making it very uncomfortable to sleep until it came back on.

The rooms were modern and clean. The property was very pretty. The pool area was pretty. I wish the hot tubs were hot. We were there on a chilly evening.

We wished we stayed closer to town. We had to Uber back and forth. It’s a little under 2 miles. We would have walked if there were sidewalks. Cool hot tubs.

Great location. Staff was friendly and even helped my husband with issues getting WIFI on his phone.

We did a load of laundry, $8.00 to wash and dry seemed excessive. The road noise was an issue at times during the night. Icemaker on the 3rd floor was almost unusable.

I stayed at the Element Hotel in Moab and really liked the location, the clean rooms, and the friendly staff.

However, I was disappointed that the warm pool and hot tub weren’t working, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. On top of that, the breakfast was very poor and didn’t meet expectations.

The building and grounds could be top resoert. We were there 5 days. Our room was never cleaned. Pool and hot tub thermostat was off. People would get in hot tub in same stagnant water. Then realize something not right. One morning we heard someone in our room. My husband went to kitchen/ living room area and there was staff looking in our refrigerator. On the plus our view was stunning.

Hottest time ever. We went to public aquatic center to enjoy water after early morning parks. That was beautiful. We paid ourselves

The property was very nice.

The pet fee was $50 per pet per night which was excessive.

the service was great, facility was clean and easy for the eyes. the rooms we were put in was perfect for us. the location was great for traveling between town and the park.

Everything! The facilities were excellent- the pool was lovely and a lifesaver in summer Moab when it was too hot to go to Arches/ Canyonlands! The breakfast was lovely and a different offering of food being cooked each day! The hotel was very clean and decorated lovely and our room was a really decent size with full size windows overlooking the canyons and pool! It was a perfect location- we loved being a 5 minute drive out of Moab (all parking is free in Moab) as it meant the hotel wasn’t overlooked by anything and felt more spacious than the ones in Moab. The price we paid was incredible too for everything we got! We loved Moab and wouldn’t think twice about returning to this hotel and recommending it to everyone!

Laundry was expensive - $4 to wash; $4 to dry.

Breakfast was good but should serve a meat with the eggs and location was perfect for what we had planned to see and do was very close

The hotel was set in a beautiful area. We were able to see the red rocks from her large window. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful.

I have no complaints my husband and I had a great time although short because we arrived late we still enjoyed the venue.
