United StatesLet me start by saying if there was another hotel available, and yes I check, I would have immediately left!! The entire hotel was disgustingly filthy!! Starting with scattered, rusty pool furniture, trash in the pool, weeds everywhere around the pool to trash lining the outside halls of the rooms. The room... was the worst!! Either their maids just pretend to clean, or they don't have any maids. Mold on the ceiling as you first walk in. From busted, broken, dirty shower walls, rusted, dirty tub, the broken shower head that you couldn't move or it would fall off, to the toilet seat barely being attached and the ceiling vent covered in dirt, hanging out of the ceiling, to some type of stains on and holes in the towels. Cobwebs in the corners, dust on every surface, dirt on the walls and doors that looked like poop and blood, the smears and smudges on the windows and mirrors. The floor had not been touched by a broom or mop in who knows how long!! There were food crumbs and ants on the floor. We had to walk around in our flip flops the entire stay. Trash on the patio. Plastic bags, a bandana, squeeze it bottles, dirty patio furniture, etc I bought a broom, disinfectant cleaner, rags, air freshener, towels, washcloths, pillows, and blankets. I had to clean the entire room on my vacation! Unacceptable is an understatement!!!! I'm blown away that the Virginia State Health Department lets this place operate!!! I went to check out at 9:15 am. The doors to the lobby were locked and there was no one at the counter. Needless to mention they also don't have enough parking spots for their guests. Multiple cars were blocked in and other larger cars had to park elsewhere because they couldn't fit. The only thing this place has going for whatsoever is the location! Otherwise, you'd be better off sleeping in your car.

United StatesWe had black mold all over our bathroom. We were told they would come clean it the next day. We waited most of the day and nobody ever came. When we went to the desk to ask about it the lady had no clue what we were talking about. We never got housekeeping services and had to ask for more towels and other things like toilet paper and clean linens daily.

United StatesThe ac was broken (they did eventually fix it). Our fridge didn’t work or the coffee machine. The curtains were stained. Cigarette ashes on the floor: broken outside patio furniture. The roof had lots of water spots. The ice machine doesn’t work to get ice.
Right on the beach! There were no bed bugs! When you did need something the front desk was always very helpful. The shower was nice. If you are looking for a place to stay on a Budget it’s safe and a place to lay your head!

United StatesAC was broken. I made the reservation through Booking.com and I also called the hotel to confirm. They confirmed and said I would be located on the 3rd floor. I then proceeded to tell them I would be late arrival because it was my honeymoon. At approximately 7:30 pm I received a call from the hotel office and they wanted to know if I was still coming and to let me know my room would be now on the second floor. I wanted what they had told me ,which was the 3rd floor but it really didn't bother me. When I arrived ,there was no parking left ,so I had to park in front of the office. We get to the room and the Air Conditioning was not working and did not work all night. I asked to be moved and they said there were no rooms left. Needless to say they knew that the room was not right, that is why the switched me from the 3rd floor to the second. If I was desperate and wanted to save a dollar, would be the only way I would go back. I own a tree company and I wouldn't treat my customers like that. That's what I have to say about that hotel

United StatesThe staff tried to charge me extra upon arrival for Resort fees which I already paid during my reservation. I saw them do this to several other customers as well. There was no elevator and I was on the third floor. I (handicapped) had to carry all my bags up to the third floor. Furniture was old dingy and TV only allowed for one channel. United StatesThe room we stayed in had black mold on the ceiling in a couple of places, and in the shower. The TV and mirrors looked like someone tried to clean them with something other than glass cleaner, hazy streaks were all over them. The quality of the bath towels were poor, the toilet paper had been wet prior to our stay. The plastic furniture on the balcony was broken. The toilet continued to run when flushed, and the water in the tub was hard to get turned off without running. The entire facility appeared to need updating. The thermostat in our room wasn’t easy to use due to it being so old
The location was great. NA-Didn’t have the breakfast. The water pressure was amazing. The beds were comfortable, they didn’t hurt our backs. Customer service was good, parking was good. The refrigerator worked great. There were plenty of outlets. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom. Pet friendly is also a plus. The room didn’t have a musty or any pet odor.

United StatesThe room I stayed in had dirty floors after my shower i would go to my bed to put clothes on go to put socks on my feet were filthy from dirty floors , used soap and shampoo in the tub.The evening's would get cold, but the heat didn't work . Outside, there was trash 🗑 everywhere all around the shrubs and plants, bushes over grown, The back patio was overgrown and needed to be weed eater bad with trash everywhere .

Lastly, the furniture is ripped, scratched and feels like its about to collapse. Also beds are full size, not queens.
