Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThree comments - the doors leave much to be desired. Daylight visible around the frame that make the door appear its going to fall off hinges. Second, the hot water takes awhile and then it's scalding! Easy fix to add cold, but probably temp should be adjusted. There are many benches outside rooms for the smokers...personally I don't have a problem walking by, but some might. Even with gap in doorframe, I didn't smell smoke in the room.
For a basic stay, Dutch Motel was fine. If you have mobility issues, know there is a step into the office, and a step into ground level rooms too. I found the room to be dark, but clean - bedding, bathroom, furniture. I found bed comfortable with pillow top, no blanket, but cover sheet. Huge TV, mini fridge and microwave all worked great. A/C worked, but no temp button to auto off when reached temp. I'm not a fan of laminate flooring, but I see the benefit in cleaning. Parking lot was tight, but enough spaces. I didn't go to pool, but looked clean. Check-in very easy. Reservation in advance, so decent rate (I wouldn't have paid more than $80). Not a lot of neighbor noise either - might have got lucky! WiFi available, prime time it slowed. Best parts, I saw no bugs...easy ride to Hershey...many stores, etc. close by.

United StatesThe smell of the bed spread was awful, we forgot our own soap and the soap used isn't the best, walls are thin and you could hear everything outside. If you're a heavy sleeper you're in luck, but for someone like me I barely got any sleep. We went to a concert and Hershey Park so I needed sleep before driving back to NYC only reason for the stay. That did not happen.
The front desk receptionist was really nice.

United StatesPool was empty Web site said 2 rooms available. After standing there for 5 mins. With her on the phone we said we'd take what she was offering us... then after another 5 mins or more of her on the phone (speaking a different language so have nooo idea what she was saying).... They put all 6 of us into one room which would have been ok butttt... wallpaper was peeling, only had 3 wash cloths and 3 "hair sized" towels. Went down and asked for more and she handed me 3 with one having dirt or something all over it. The room was fairly clean. I guess we could have cleaned it more if we wanted seeings how there was 2 vacuum cleaners sitting in there. Over all I guess you get what you pay for. 🤷♀️

United StatesTv was on when I entered. Multiple burn holes in bed coverings. Burn marks on tub. Bathroom floor was damaged and dirty. Room floor had many stains even though it was lvp. No coffee maker very tight bathroom sink area. Lock on door was not very secure. Beds were extremely hard.

United StatesWe checked in super late after a concert and the woman at the desk lectured me for 5 minutes about using booking.com vs directly booking through them. It wasn't necessary at 2 AM. I just wanted to check in and go to bed at that point. I realize we woke her up, but really? There was such a strong smell of incense or something in the room that I had a hard time falling asleep. It didn't smell bad it was just extremely pungent.
The room was larger than most. It was a decent price and fairly comfortable. Clean.

United StatesThe two live cockroaches in my kitchen drawer. And the one dead cockroach on the floor that the cleaning people that were just in there five minutes before did not see, apparently.
I really like to have an owner talked to me when I told there were cockroaches in my room. She told me not my problem call booking.com.
