Location was ideal for the convention centre. The 5:30 kickback was a great bonus. Hotel was clean and the staff were lovely.

The room and how difficult it was to try to communicate with the hotel prior to our stay. I had messaged the hotel at time of booking to request that we were not placed close to the elevator as my partner was there to take part in a 4 day CrossFit competition. We had travelled from Scotland and this was the biggest event he’s qualified for so good sleep was essential. When we got to our room it was right beside the elevator and also had a very disappointing internal view of other room and an internal space). The noise from the elevator was terrible and kept us both awake until late at night and often started from 5:30am again. We asked to be moved but were told that there were no other room available. This really spoiled the stay for us, especially when it was highlighted prior to our arrival.

I loved the staff they were so friendly amd helpful. The room was comfortable amd clean. Loved the air con and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again

The parking fee

The property was well maintained and in a great location. For the price I doubt there’s a better hotel in the area. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional service and staff, everyone working there was extremely helpful, friendly and clearly enjoyed their job. We can’t say enough about the service and staff definitely would stay there again when traveling. Being there for a convention our open time was limited knowing that we had a meal when we returned to our hotel was very helpful relieving the stress of finding a restaurant and knowing that we had a good meal waiting for us was wonderful.

I love the convenience of this hotel which was extremely close to the zoo it had several restaurants around it but you did not need those because they provided a dinner and they also provided three alcoholic drinks for the adults and they provided beverages for the children as well along with their excellent breakfast the staff was amazing and very helpful and everything that I needed they had also accommodated me with stuff I needed for my special needs child and I would highly recommend this hotel

There is not one thing I can say that I did not like

Everything. The Staff was Amazing and , Attentive and Cordial. The Room was Fairly Ample with a Decent View. The Amenities were Unbelievable and Made You feel at Home.The Suppies were Plenty.

Nothing Stood Out in regards to dislike.

The entire hotel and experience was AMAZING! As soon as we got there the woman at thw front desk was great! I believe her name may have been Talayia (not 100% but definitely started with a T) she was so sweet and helpful. My daughter and I honestly loved her easy she made check in and she answered every question we asked very thoroughly. Our room was great! My daughter loved the pool! She did laps in and out of the building. It may have been her favorite part. We ordered from the bar and kitchen and the food was delicious as was my drink.

Close to where we needed friendly staff

No orange juice I had low sugar and breakfast there was no orange juice and the lady running it didn’t seem to care I had to spend $5 on a little orange juice from lobby. Pool was not available because someone pooped in it

Pool, free food and drinks!

Everyone was so friendly and inviting. The breakfast was great. The evening Happy event was wonderful. The staff wanted to be sure we were happy and well taken care of. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable.

I didn't like that. I was confused on where to park so we parked in the wrong garage and had to pay convention center prices

Good location. Rooms were clean and lots of perks like cocktail hour and breakfast.

The pool area was dirty and full of unsupervised kids. Both days we used the pool and both days groups of unsupervised kids took over making it uncomfortable to share the space. The water was full of bugs and hair.
