Shuttle buses are operated with two lines only, one is for Magic kingdom / Epcot and the other for Animal Kingdom and Hollywood studio. All buses leave the hotel at 05 minutes of every hour only, so that we cannot arrive at the park before Early entry time.

The couches was to dark.

The location really out-stands the most for me. And the space was nice.

So there was some serious cleanliness issues and the rooms need to have been kept up with a little better and when it comes to staff at night, there is literally only one person at the desk, one security guard and one cleaning person so don’t have any emergencies overnight lol they really should have cameras. There are no cameras and the laundry area I spending area or in the hallways that needs to change for the staff safety as well as the safety of the gas. I did not feel comfortable walking in the halls when I had an emergency, there was nobody to talk to, and nobody to ask for assistance. The escalation of my issues in the end of our stay was literally an email very impersonal and disappointing.

When you first walk in you are greeted with a smile and a cookie. I was mad on my first day by Carly and Jeremy and training I was tired. It was a long ride into Orlando but they were quick and kind. Unfortunately, there was some serious issues, and I had to go down to speak to the front desk a few times, but it was taken care of by Carly. Unfortunately no one else bother to get in contact with me. Super close to Disney Springs literally felt like it was right across the street. There are shuttles a variety of them and they are literally every hour super easy to book. The breakfast was definitely a nine. Giselle at checkout was kind and quick. And the grey beaut in the store is kind and helpful. There is also an ATM downstairs outlets and a seating area. They also give you water every single day, which I thought was amazing and definitely cut costs and guess who have to go back-and-forth to the parks they give you a voucher for a DVD so you’re not paying for that, and there is a DVD in the room. Incidentals are $75 dollars a night.

Construction going on ,very loud banging prevented us from being outside. Listing was misleading as breakfast was not included. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were rock hard.

Most of the staff was very nice, pool was nice, hotel was vey clean, shuttle service a plus. Walking distance to disney springs.

I couldn’t get anybody to help me with my luggage. They made a couple of mistakes with my billing. They charged me 163 when it should’ve been somebody else’s room then they charge me $50 when it should’ve only been 26 for parking held all those amounts on my credit card. They sound like they’re very disorganized when it comes to billing or accounting…

Lighting in the rooms was poor and switches not in the best places

Location was perfect. The transportation to the parks worked without any issues. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Pool was crystal clear and plenty of seats whether you like the sun or sit in the shade. Last but not least the bed was incredibly comfortable allowing a good night's sleep after strenuous days at the parks

Great hotel - large suite with a sofa and two beds. Great transportation to Disney parks and very reliable! Staff especially Jon on reception were very friendly and helpful. Plenty or parking and only around 20 minutes from the airport.

There were no available electrical outlets by the bed that my traveling companion could use to plug the oxygen equipment she needs to sleep. The outlet by the bed was covered by the headboard. Asked front desk for an extension cord, but they said they didn’t have one and didn’t try to get her one. She ended up having to sleep on the pull out couch that was so worn and uncomfortable that she ended up closing it and sleeping on the narrow couch.
