There were lots of buckets to catch leaks from The ceiling in lobby. Some of the trim work was pretty worn and bad in main area

Good location- rooms seemed recently remodeled

I found out my cost was double what it would have been if I had called hotel directly. Will not use Booking.com again. I thought it was supposed to help me save money.

There was only one lady working when we checked in on a very busy night for the hotel. She was AMAZING! She was working so hard to meet everyone's expectations. That being said, the elevators were incredibly slow, the key entry to the pool and building were not working, so I got locked out of the building twice and had to call my family to let me in. The front desk lady answered any and all questions and explained why things weren't working. I felt really bad for her having to manage everything alone when several dance studios were checking in for a dance competition. I can't say enough about her politeness and calmness during a very stressful time for her.

We were charged $10 for parking on our hotel bill, even though we never parked on hotel property. First we parked in the municipal garage, then we found street parking near the hotel. As befitting a former Embassy Suites property, the giant center atrium magnifies sound, so the hotel was pretty noisy, especially with the periodic freight trains that run nearby.

Ideal location in downtown Davenport for attending events at the River Center, including skybridge access from the River Center garage to the Doubletree. Hilton's bedding is always high-quality, leading to a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was $15.99 per person and quite nice.

Was nice, plus having a bar and food. They also helped us with getting a ride to the concert. Very helpful.

It was a great hotel. Clean and the staff were very patient. Key cards didn't work our stay and if you left you needed to have an employee let you in. At 11:30 pm after a concert the poor guy at the front desk had to let a dozen of us in our rooms.
