United StatesThe fan in bathroom runs non stop and can't be turned off, which is annoying. Also the entire hotel is starting to look rundown and a bit ratty looking - is in dire need of modernization.
For the cape area , this hotel isn't too bad, especially considering most are so awful - decent hotel if staying in this area.

IrelandHotel is a little dated and it was very quiet (time of year). Ladies restroom in lobby was out of order for duration of stay. Restaurant/Bar options were limited. Beds in room were small (for doubles).
Breakfast was good. Location was great. Plenty of shopping nearby and Hyannis is lovely.

We thought the breakfast was very poor, we asked for cerials and was told we could only order a set menu.The waiter was very abrupt and not helpful at all. Just because the hotel was quiet when we went we had a poorer service. The hotel and location was lovely but the service very poor in the restaurant.

United KingdomWe picked this hotel as our relaxing week after a road trip, as it had an outdoor pool. Unfortunately the sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable as there were no cushions on the beds.

United StatesI am on a budget; however, being January I paid extra for the inside pool access. I wasn’t wowed for a Hilton property. I wasn’t impressed with the menu so we left to eat. Clerk didn’t tell us we could drive around to a closer door to our room. We had to wait for staff to return to use the pool. It was very far and hard to find. The pool water was cool. Kids didn’t seem to mind but I didn’t use it as a result. The refrigerator was small. No microwave. I would probably look for another hotel in the future.

United StatesRoom was small. Continental breakfast unavailable. I would of had to link my Hilton account with my stay, which was booked under my husband's name to receive a credit for the restaurant. Beds were stiff and squeaky and pillows were like 1/3 full of filling, if that makes sense. Wall outlets were faulty, plugs just fell out of wall. Bathroom door didn't shut, we just pulled it as tight as possible. Dehumidifier in hallway, so I think the door was swollen from moisture. Small things, like no pen/pad to write with and no information on room service/menu in room. And the price was far too expensive.
The staff were pleasant. Otherwise nothing stood out.
