How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The heat was not on when I arrived and it took hours to warm up.
While an older property, it is nicely maintained. Nothing fancy, it is comfortable and clean.

Low lighting and green floors seems cloomy n uncomfortable at night
The front desk manager who works evening n day shift is super exhilarating and bring a good energy .. he sees potential I think full kitchen staff n a few pairs of hands for paint n odd jobs

Pillows on the bed were like miniature pillows definitely need to be changed out with normal, not couch pillows.

Pool was closed and the breakfast room needed a good cleaning. Pancake drippings on cabinets and some of the chairbacks were dirty and sticky.

The first room we were place in smelled really bad from smoke. We asked for a different room and were placed in a room on the first floor, but had to settle for a full bed which made it difficult for 2 people to sleep. The room did smell much better. Also, if they had told me the pool was closed, I think we would have gone elsewhere. I recommend you call the hotel before you reserve and ask questions. No one told us the pool was closed and my children were very disappointed.
The exterior, common areas were nice and clean. Seemed to be well maintain amd clean common areas lile the reception area, bar and activity areas. The staff was really pleasant and hepful. Accomadating when I needed a first floor room because my wife is disabled.

When he came in by the side door next to room 121, the floor was dirty, and the door was off the hinges resting on the wall. The day I left, there was what appeared to be a metal crib in the middle of the hallway. In the room was decent. However, when I turned on the ac unit, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room before, and the filter wasn't changed. The lingering smell upsets my throat.

Hotel was a little run down apparently from lack of funds rather than lack of caring. This place has the potential of being very nice if repairs could be made.
Bed and bath were clean and comfortable. Room was very quiet.

The room smelled of smoke and my bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it. If the room had not smelled of smoke, I would have given a much better rating!!
I liked that the place to take dogs out was right outside our door. The front desk customer service was very nice!

The ad. On Bookings.com showed beautiful big pool and golf. Both closed and desk said pool was closed permanently. He said he had taken all.pools off ads but when I told him about Bookings.com, he ok. I found it. Am taking it off now and gave me a free bottle of water! I cancelled second night!! Neighbors fought all night snd their baby cried!
Breakfast ok as advertised. Bed was comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful pool accomodations that apparently have been shut down for quite some time. Huge potential for structure. Beautiful layout but apparently has a lacking of funds. Because of price difference from others in the area would definitely stay again.
Location is excellent. Many restaurants almost within walking distance. Walmart and similar stores nearby. Other hotels in the area may be nicer but on average twice the cost. Free Tesla charger on the premises.

The facilities seemed a little run down and out of date. The pool and hot tub were both covered up. There was no breakfast served as promised.
The staff was very nice. We showed up later in the night. We were attended to very quickly and shown to our room.

Stained carpet and smell of the room. Pillows on bed were basically throw Pillows with pillow cases. 2 of the lights didn't work, plug in room didn't work.
Room was mostly clean. Bed itself was comfortable.
