we were told that the rooms were renovated and for the most part they are, except they're not completed. there are holes in the walls, spider webs on the light fixtures, the lighting is mediocre in the bathroom which could be a hazard to someone who has vision problems. On our last night there, the hotel lost power, all power. thank goodness it was a cool day the day we left because without air conditioning in those rooms, they are suffocatingly hot the "breakfast" is NOT "breakfast"; there were muffins and old coffee provided. it should not be marketed or advertised as free breakfast the pool was clean, the hot tub was NOT. the hot tub was gross, with white chunks and foaming stuff in it. I told my kids they weren't allowed to go in there. It was obvious that the hot tube had not had the proper attention in a while also, one of the men who worked there, asked my sister for her phone number- like ok, but not professional at all

It desperately needs of updating!!!!! I would of paid a bit more it it was Breakfast was a tiny prewrapped muffin. Description was miss leading

There was hair all over the bathroom and there is quit a few dust on the lights the hot hub smelt like pee and was really gross and thays why we stopped off to stay so very disappointed !!

The assigned room was occupied by another family. The view on the lake that was described in the room description was a view on trees. The room would need additional cleaning. A table, next to 2 chairs, in the room would be very helpful.

The room was big and included a balcony. You can enjoy sunrise while drinking coffee.

The breakfast was just muffins. Parking wasn’t the best. Stairs to second floor were very able to trip with the carpet coming up on them.

No microwave. The Arnold ferry lights at night from the balcony&that behind the hotel is their(arnolds) parking lot. Was expecting beachfront

Old outdated, air conditioner was so load, smoke alarm hanging off the wall which is a safety fine, as well as bathroom fan, stairway looks like they haven't been cleaned in yrs musty smell. Floors were nice and staff was friendly

The description on the website calls for breakfast, and when we get there the staff inform us the is no breakfast only muffins.

Breakfast was bad coffee, prepackaged low quality muffin. You only got room service if you requested it. No bath mat or anti slip bottom to the shower/tub, no safety rails. The floor was not clean. Air conditioner did not function well, wound up just running the fan. Room got warm and stuffy.

It was adequate. Close to the beach and able to walk to the island ferry. The bed was comfy.

Sheets were blood sparkle stained at corner. Looked like maybe from bed bugs but didn't see them. Comforter had black spots on it. We told desk clerk, she had them change them immefiately.

AC was not working right. There was a fake desk phone. TV had to be looked at twice. No lights worked in the coffee area in the morning. The pool "house" was so hot you couldn't breathe and many of the sliding doorwalls in that area didn't open. The lamp next to the bed didn't work.

No lock on the sliding door. Waterview overlooked a parking lot, the screen door was broken, newels on the railing were broken. Pictures above the bed were crooked. Refrigerator was not in the cabinet that was designed for a refrigerator because it was too tall. Toilet seat was crooked and hard to sit on. Weather stripping on front door was pulled away. Dark, not clean, the bathroom door would not shut tight. Very outdated. Our room was right by the stairs so we heard that constantly. Again when the booking says "breakfast included", that does not mean that breakfast is a 2 oz prepackaged chocolate muffin. Really?

The jets didn't work in the bathtub, the breakfast sucked. The pop machines were empty. The whole place just needs to be updated.

There were no hangers for clothes. There was no place to hang wet towels. The place is very run down and outdated.

The stairs to the rooms were really sketchy in spots and I almost fell. The Tv in my room didn’t work thankfully I brought iPad for TV. The shower was less than desirable didn’t stay one temp.
