Old. Dated. Needs repairs. Free breakfast was a joke! Homeless people living in the hotel!! We told the front desk clerk that we were out of conditioner and body wash in the shower, and that we needed toilet paper and Kleenex. No one ever addressed it.

It was creepy, VERY hot in the hallways and elevator. Very dark and creepy elevator. Walking anywhere besides my room was scary. Also the TV has Netflix and YouTube but when we called to see why it doesn’t work, they said the wifi doesn’t connect to the TV. Also the breakfast was really bad.

The king size matress was very uncomfortable! Sagging on both sides. Felt like sleeping on rocks. Should definitely be replaced.

The drug addicts roaming the property and the questionable immigration status of the people that were clearly living in this slum.

The AC kind of worked? It was slightly less warm than my car....which if my AC worked in my vehicle, I would have immediately cancelled my reservation after seeing the property.

U get what you pay for. Very ghetto. Nobody communicates. The breakfast was literally just waffles and cereal. And they don't allow you to bring your breakfast to your room. There was a door that wasn't secure that anyone could come in and out the hotel. It was just very ghetto.

The TV didn't work at first. He called, the front desk came, fixed it, my dad tried to change the channel and it went back to not working

This hotel did its job. I needed a cheap place for my father to stay the night, this worked. He got tv, a shower and breakfast in the morning. He said the bed and a/c was amazing.

No coffee pot, ironing board or blow dryer Charged extra per day for pet which wasn’t listed on booking charged a pet deposit and an incidental deposit that also wasn’t listed and not sure what it was for since there was no incidentals. Breakfast was cleaned up and put away before the time it said it was over and there was never any apologies or accommodation- it simply was just ignored. Breakfast was until 10 am on weekend- went down with ten - fifteen minutes to go and not even coffee was there - asked front desk if breakfast was until 10 and they said yes and I said it’s not 10 and there is no breakfast- the staff already cleaned it up ? And they said nothing. Tv had black lines like picture going out and remote only turned channels but not on off or volume etc - lots needs updating

Our room had a door to the outside and if we parked close we had stairs to climb if parked close to elevator had to walk a long way carrying luggage outside.

Breakfast was good. Location was close to the interstate but not easy to find.

The staff member working the desk was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. The room itself was very nice and clean however it seems that maintenance is not keeping up with repairs like the bathtub wall had a repair that was not sanded and just left as is and the caulk around the tub was rusted and appeared to have a bit of mold which is unsightly when taking a bath. It also seems that this location is used for some wort of homeless people or low income allowed to rent weekly because we had to pay a $50 deposit which I have never had to do using a Wyndham property so after checking into our we noticed a disheveled gentleman with bags that a homeless person would carry walk into the location and go to a room and overheard some guests on the elevator talking about it being where they live that the low income agency sent them to. I will say that it did not bother me and my husband because everyone needs a second chance and we admired Wyndham for extending their location for it because we did not observe or hear any unsavory activities at all and there was no loitering going on or anything like that so overall it was a pleasant experience and stay during our stay for a medical procedure I had in Clive so it was comfortable and there was breakfast in the morning and it was clean and stocked and good so you can't ask for much more at $50 per night, I will say that it is a lot cleaner and well kept than other motels I have stayed at for more per night so if you are looking for someplace cheap, clean, comfortable and safe this Days Inn gets at least 4 stars from me and I travel quite a bit.

No IRON OR BOARD... I was expected at a wedding and was not able to iron my husband's dress shirt. So he had to wear a wrinkly shirt, embarrassed!! Yes we were. Had a good time.

The waffle machine need to be oil.OR a sign needed to be set up to let people know to oil it because waffles were sticking.

Room wasn't cleaned regularly even staying after a few days .. bed wasn't changed. 2 ppl in the room and was given one towel. Some young dude behind the desk tried to tell me I couldn't bring my breakfast to my room doors was hard to open or shut and the smell in the rooms are ridiculous
