Location of hotel is in a decaying part of town. Parking area and hotel exterior looked tired and un-kept. Passage ways to rooms visually were not cleaned. Room door needed a hefty shove to open, good thing I weigh 130KG. bath taps leaking with constant drip almost stream. Bathroom light did not come on when I switched it on, it did light up after about half an hour, left it on closed the door instead. Did not bother complaining, I was only staying a few hours till I had to leave for flight.

The airport shuttle they advertised doesn't run late at night. That's fair enough, but they should have stated the hours it runs. I had to pay $25 to make other arrangements to get there from the airport. The advertised breakfast wasn't there when I woke up. Granted, it was after 10 a.m. when I went down to get it since I arrived around 2 a.m., but there was absolutely zero food provided, just coffee and tea. The fire alarm went off, which probably wasn't any fault of the hotel, but evacuating the building wasn't pleasant. Wifi was slow and I couldn't connect my computer to it, just my phone.

Room was disgusting, the two chairs in the room looked like some stuff happened on them . And like they have been there since 2005 ! Floor was dirty and bathtub was questionable . Also no breakfast like it states .

The first room had a huge puddle just inside the door of the room. The room we we were changed to had cockroaches in the bathroom. The fabric was very worn on the chair. Lots of streaks on the t.v. We didn't really spend much time at the hotel so it served it's purpose.

The lobby was way nicer than the outside entrance. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Had a power outage for about an hour on the first day of my stay. The parking lot was rough and needed a few repairs but you had room to avoid the potholes going around to the back building. The popcorn ceiling was detaching and dropping pieces on the bathroom floor. The shower had a few different types of hair on the wall and bathtub edge. The room was missing an ice bucket liner and a do not disturb placard. Bath towels had some staining. Not sure if making the bed is still a part of the paid experience, but my bed was not remade during my four-day stay in Ohio. Trash wasn't emptied and started to pile up. The hotel hall carpets and ceilings need some TLC.

The front desk staff were professional and helpful. The hotel's location near the airport was quite convenient, being just five minutes away. The room was spacious and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The microwave and mini fridge were clean along with the a/c functioning well. The ironing board was without stains.

The fact that I was there 4 days and the room was not revisited till day of check out. There were 2 towels,beds were horrible,the vent in bathroom was dirty,floors were sticky.

Wow where to start, first room door wouldn't shut with out slamming it so we got a different room. The king bed was worn out so we ended up in the middle of the bed! Was there for 2 nights and the police was there both nights, and the Columbus police and their security was kind of butt heads, we tried to be nice they didn't have anyone with them and they looked at us and we said good evening and they ignored us. The motel is outdated and room was ok except the bed was worn out and platform was broken paint peeling of the walls, we will not stay there again see pictures

I booked this hotel for my sons softball tournament because it offered continental breakfast which had no breakfast and also for a pool which opened after 3pm. when travling with my son and two grandsons 2yrs and 1yrs those were important. The room wasnt as clean as it should have been nor the bathroom. Otherwise staff was friendly very quit.

Extremely poor wifi connection, was never actually able to connect at all. Our room had a phone I tried using to reach out to front desk regarding wifi but there wasn’t even a cord to connect it to a phone jack.😕 No ice machine was also a disappointment

There was no breakfast even tho when I booked it said “good breakfast” I would’ve never booked here if I knew there was no breakfast. Very disappointed by this. The pool wasn’t very warm but also smelled like mildew. The lamps in the room were very dusty and stained. The mat in the bathroom was discolored and I had to wear flip flops. I didn’t feel comfortable going bare foot.

Coffee & tea doesn't make for 'breakfast included' which was advertised on the website. Microwave in the room was not working so we couldn't heat up anything.

Clean unit but a burn hole in one of the sheets of the bed. Room looked pleasant & furnishings were fine. Complex looks nice but is so large my guess - very hard to heat so hallways & common areas are very cool. Room also very cool until we activated the wall unit.

There was a lot of broken car glass in the parking lot and the desk staff admitted there were a lot of breakins just days before. I parked my car at the airport a day early so that was annoying I couldn't park my car safely at my hotel.

Once you get inside the building not bad. Everything was pretty clean and in nice shape. Good cheap hotel.

Well first it’s false advertising.. there is NO Breakfast offered and the poor employees are the ones that have to deal with the upset guest when it’s management that refuses to offer it or remove the advertisement for it. There was cars that was getting broke into. 4 total just the night we stayed and only one employee working. God bless her soul she ran out and yelled to scare them off risking her life. But just completely unsafe in my opinion.

Building is dated especially hallways with bad smell. Booking.com advertised free breakfast but they did not have any breakfast there.

Good value, close to airport with free airport shuttle, friendly staff. Main lobby is nice with a pool and rooms had good safety.
