That where the hangers were, it was wide open. I prefer the closet type. No iron or ironing board in the room.

The room and bathroom were spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. The location was very nice.

Safebox didn’t work - although we asked someone to fix it, the 4 days we were there didn’t work. Breakfast was supposed to be included through booking. When we arrived we realised that it was coupons that we spent Location was ok - in a nice neighbourhood but not so central as we expected

The TV in my room didn’t work. I informed the front desk, and they quickly brought a new remote, but unfortunately, that didn’t fix the issue. No further accommodations or solutions were offered—just a vague, “We’ll look into it,” which was a little disappointing. Also, the hotel was very loud around 3 AM, making it hard to sleep. The elevator on the left-hand side was a bit concerning—it kept jumping and felt like it might get stuck. Definitely something that should be checked for safety. Lastly, the valet service are fast talkers so be cautious. Despite these hiccups, the hotel is in a great location, the staff were generally friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I’d still consider staying again, especially if the above issues are addressed.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was comfortable, The bed was super cozy. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.

The view from was not fun, facing parked cars, and we heard a sound like the humming of fans. Room 214.

1 day stay, great location. The room was clean and had minimum convenience. The shower is spacious and clean. Brian checked in fast and smoothly, and we asked to change a linen because it had a spot or a sticky smth on it. They changed the entire bed immediately. Thank you so much!

Breakfast was a joke. $20 per person for 2 slices of tomato, 1 sausage, and some eggs (I doubt there were two). The drink is not included. My husband asked for a burrito, and it was very small.

Location is great, very close to the place we needed to go. The hotel is clean and smells good. Bed was comfortable and shower was relaxing. Valet parking offered a good service even though is kind of pricey.

Room walls are very thin - we could hear our noisy neighbour’s conversation. The room itself was new and very clean, but the rest of the hotel felt somewhat dirty and worn. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Self-service parking is 3 blocks away.

Excellent location - close to historic sites (White House etc). The room was very clean and spacious, but with thin walls (could hear neighbors).

Our room had practically no ventilation. We had condensation on the windows and windowsill all the time and the room smelled of damp. Cleaning every other day, but our room was not cleaned, only towels were changed, despite the fact that the trash cans were full and the room needed refreshing. In front of the hotel there is a small strip of greenery with flowers between which you can see rats running around... we and other guests noticed this while smoking a cigarette in front of the hotel.

The room could have been better cleaned and in order after the cleaning service. We were not given new coffee pods or tea bags for the in-room water kettle after the first day.
