The facilities need to be updated. The bathrooms have very high step int jacuzzi tubs which are difficult for the elderly to get into. (It was difficult for me and I'm not elderly) I almost tripped getting in. You should not have to require a mobility room as not everyone needs that but a walk in shower would be more beneficial for the population as a whole. The walkways have fans but most are not working, The place needs some atmosphere in the walkways. There are no pictures to spruce up the place.

The pool was centrally located and well maintained. The facilities were well maintained. The staff we dealt with was very friendly. Location was good for our reason staying there.

It would have been nice if the property offered more secure parking, i don't think the main gate was closed at night.

We got a one bedroom apartment and the size was more than we expected. it was great to have the kitchen and the ability to make your own breakfast or dinner as well as good sized apartment to chill out. we didn't use the swimming pools so can't comment on that. Good for a longer stay.

It's quite old. The bathtub wouldn't plug all the way so couldn't take a bath. I think you can find better for the price.

The rooms are a little dated / worn down.

It is a very nice hotel with very large and clean rooms with a balcony and kitchen. Good pool. Very friendly staff. Price / Quality ratio is excellent. It is a bit far from the strip, but the hotel provides a free shuttle and there is a rta bus stopping in front of the hotel.

No garage parking and limited partially covered parking, which was not ideal in the extreme heat of the afternoon. The glass door to the outdoor balcony area did not open.

Shuttle Bus no longer makes the two stops on the strip. Now, it only drops you off at Excalibur Resort and Casino. So you either have to walk or take an Uber or Lyft to get to a closer area of the strip. The shuttle bus doesn't run as long as it used to. Shuttle only takes you to the grocery store on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursday. I arrived on a Friday and had to walk or Uber to get groceries.

Facility is old - There is no phonic isolation whatsoever - so if you have a room which is next to the street - good luck for having a nice sleep. Earings are 100% needed + they do some leaf suction at 7 am in the morning next to the rooms... It is not bad but for the price it is way too overrated Not mentionning that you have to add daily resorts fees on top of the bill All in all if the quality had follow this could be acceptable.

Small TV for size of room. We were offered a room with a view of The Strip or the Mountains but got a view of a storage center with some mountains in the background (expected better). Lighting over dining table not very bright as in other parts of the room. Dining table crunched into the corner of the room w/two chairs. No couch or place to put second piece of luggage or other luggage. No dishwasher. Faucet in kitchen sink hard to turn on/off; handle was very stiff. Over-the-door air-conditioner made loud clicking noise when turning off and on. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Gate on 1st floor difficult to open and stay open. The luggage cart we used was very noisy. Overall, this property needs some updating.

Front desk staff very efficient and friendly. The location of the property was good with the exception that during the month of June you couldn't walk to The Strip (too HOT) but you could see it. However, they did offer free shuttle service to and from The Strip. Very nice and clean Denny's within walking distance. Coffee was provided in the room. Good refrigerator w/freezer. The bed was very comfortable. Good selection of grocery stores in the area that you could drive to.

I am a timeshare owner, and I was not able to book it through there and had to rent the room. I would discourage anyone from purchasing a timeshare. The oven set off the fire alarm in the room. There was construction that had certain areas shut down.
